Got my shipment in one piece. Broke as soon as I took it out. Returned the 2nd one unopened and still havent received a refund or response

This company is trash!! They are scammers, beware!! My case did not work, I contacted them immediately and they asked me for a video proving that the touchscreen did not respond with the case on so I sent them two videos. They had the audacity to offer me 50% off my next purchase, like I would buy from them again!! After I declined their offer and demanded a refund they stopped replying to my emails. They are thieves!! Their website clearly states you have 14 days to change your mind but its all a lie! Once you pay for it you are stuck with it even if it does not work!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Bought a magnetic case from them (for note 9). Glue started to peel off from a corner and days after the front glass started to crack side to side. 2 weeks later I dropped the phone from 50cms and the back side shattered/piece broke off! Supposedly is built with tempered glass. Lies! cheap plastic.
Heard from them once to say it's my fault, no refund. This with in a month of purchase.

Phone cover

Ordered oneplus 6t case with screen protection. Screen protect was completely missing.
Contacted support about returning the goods.
They asked photos of case I sent few photos and after that they havent replied anything anymore.

My purchased phone cover arrived broken. This is probably a good thing. Had it not been broken I might have used it and suffered much more damage because the protection it offers is likely to be close to useless. It arrived after considerable delay and numerous inquiries on my part. My request for refund or replacement has simply been ignored. Deal with them at your peril!!!

My phone cover already received totally broken. After complaining they only offered a 50% discount for a future purchase. I insisted in getting a new one or a complete refund and never heard from them again yet.

The package took almost 2 weeks to arrive but it has no damage. I bought the Tempered Glass Magnetic Adsorption Phone Case for Oneplus 6/6T/5T. The case looked bit poor quality because you can see rests of the glue. After using it for 2 weeks my phone fell from a low distance to the ground (I was just sitting). Now it is broken completely and is useless. The support won't refund it if it was during human damage. I would not recommend to buy any cases from their website to protect the phone.
