One of the biggest issues we had is that our implementation of tracking code was slightly off and or simply missing some information. This was challenging as we had opted to roll with Google Tag Manager to make this happen and I personally didn't have the best experience there. Emmanuel guided me and repeatedly checked back to determine if certain lists and data were recording. Eventually after a good week we had exactly what we needed to begin experimenting with our Shopping campaigns. 1-2 Weeks later implementation and testing was done and we've never looked back.
Our campaigns moved from a standard 3-5 ROA to a wonderful 7-8 ROA. Naturally I opted for Emmanuel to take over some of our search campaigns as well and have repeatedly bounced off ideas to him as well as listened and green lit his ideas.
We have had no issues and have reduced our costs as a result of his help.
Bottom line: Emmanuel is kind and courteous and he will walk you through any of his solutions. His affordable and piece meal approach to solutions makes him twice as affordable for companies which need to take it a step at a time.

SHORT Review: Emmanuel Flossie is a Bully.

1. I Hired Emmanuel Flossie to do a 1 Hr Consultation (for $70 USD) where He would Look Around my Google Merchant Center/Google Ads Accounts and Tell Me 1) What could be Improved/Added and 2) How I can do the Improvements/Adding Myself.
2. The Consulting went Well- In 24 Hours I got Access to a Google Word Doc, which was a 3 Page Document with all the Info he said he would Give to Me (Plus he Answered all of the Qs I had Asked Him in an Email)…It was Very Good!
3. The Last Page of the Consultation Doc talked about Adding some Code for the Google Remarketing Tag on my Website & He Recommended I use His Guide to Do that. So, I Open his Guide and, right away, he has Some Steps Wrong.

4. So I had to go Back & Forth with Him 4 TIMES about how the Steps in His Article were Not Working, before he Changed them. And Before he Changed them, he tried to Upsell me 3 SEPARATE TIMES on his $25 Installation Service鈥here I would Pay Him to Do the Code Installation for Me, If I was Unable to Follow his Steps in the Article.
(An Aside: Hmmm it seems like he's Incentivized to Keep the Steps in the Article Vague, and his Support on those Steps Vague, so he can MAXIMIZE the Number of People who Choose to use his $25 Installation Service after Having Trouble with his Vague Steps.)
5. And then I had a Problem with ANOTHER Step in the same Article where I was told to Reference a Pic in the Article, BUT there was No Picture to Reference. So I asked him where that Pic was (and showed him a Screenshot that there was No Pic in the Article) and His Response was: 鈥淗ello Colton, I charge $25 for the installation and cleanup. I can not offer you any further free support.鈥?br />
6. He then Explained that he could Give me Help on the 3-Page Consultation Doc, but NOT on any of His Articles that the Consultation Doc Referenced鈥ut he Sent Me the Pic I was Looking for Anyways.
7. And when I Asked why that Pic wasn鈥檛 in the Article, he said I Probably couldn鈥檛 see the Pic due to my Adblocker Blocking some Pics in His Article.
8. And I thought that was Strange because I could see 6 Pics in the Article already鈥?and, Sure enough, as soon as I turned my Adblocker Off, 6 More Pics popped up in His article- for a Total of 12 Pics.
9. And then he Dodged my Questions about Changing the Pics that were Hidden by an Adblocker to Show Up even when an Adblocker is Enabled (like Half the Pics are ALREADY set up in the Article), and He Dodged my Q about putting a Disclaimer on the Top of His Article that would say Something like: "Some Images may be blocked by Adblocker. Please Turn OFF Adblocker to View All Images."
10. When I asked Him those 2 Qs Directly above He said: "…the issue is on your side." and "you are actively blocking copyrighted material which is illegal…It is you that is actively making the choice to not want to see my website or any other website as intended."
11. And Then I told Him he was a Bully, and how he was Bullying EVERYONE ELSE who Did Not have High enough Self-Esteem to Fight Back.
12. I had No Problem Fighting Back…And I WON Very Easily! (As Always)
13. He did Not Email Me back…BUT He did send me back a $70 Refund for the Consultation 20 Minutes after He Received my Email saying he was a Bully (even though I didn't Ask for a Refund)…And since I was Happy with the Consultation Document I sent him $68 Back….with a $2 Deduction for Jerking Me/EVERYBODY ELSE Around on His 'Google Remarketing Tag' Implementation Guide.

PS: The Worst Part is that in my First Email to Him asking for Help on the Steps in His Article, I included a Screenshot of what I saw on my Screen for the Steps, and There was a Picture Missing from How the Article SHOULD Look when the Adblocker is OFF.
