Pros: since this is a non-profit organization, you get the chance to meet wonderful people in different communities.

Cons: The CEO, aside form being a manipulator, doesn't treat his employees equally. Dave Green's leadership is terrible to the extent that he will use you, but he gets the credit. Whenever we try to voice out our concerns, he threatens us to quit. Also, discrimination is rampant in the office. So, if you're black or belong to the LGBT community, then don't dare to apply here because you will only get humiliated every day.

Employees do not get adequate support from management. They do not provide the needed resources for the employees and training are very rare. Management is very hesitant to invest in the employees which makes the employee morale low. Also, there are a few managers who show favoritism.

If you are donating to this place, make sure you know where your money is going. The top executives of this company use your hard-earned money for their expensive personal trips, and some of the money you donate is used for that, not for helping poor children !
