I received excellent guidance from Fence Supply Online and a great replacement item for a project that required a speedy delivery. Item was as described and arrived on time for contractors.

Nice product at a great price.

I had a deck built with free standing 6 x 6 deck posts. With the vinyl siding on these posts, the outside dimension became 6.5 x 6.5. I could find no place in western North Carolina that sold post caps and skirts to fit these posts – eighteen of them. I contacted Fence Supply and they provided just what I needed, quickly and reasonably priced.

The person we talked to was knowledgeable and helpful in making our choice.

When my order arrived I was very nervous at first. I ordered 14 Post Cap and they arrived in a small box. They are exactly the size of the Post Cap and they're plastic, but they are perfect. They have upgraded my deck with so much class. Some of the pieces I've had to cut to make it fit directly on the post due to the railing. That's been easy to do as well. I would recommend this product.

When I bought the tool for removing plastic fence rails, I said "$44 for this thing??", but it's worth every penny, works 100% as described, no way you can remove rails without this tool. Thanks!

I had been looking for a unique sized fence cap for about 6 months… online, big box stores, local specialty fence companies. Zero luck. I called Richard at Fence Supply Online and gave the specifics that I needed. He couldn't find it online either. But he said he'd call back in a few minutes. He went to his trusty old paper supplier catalog to dig it out. Called me back within minutes. I only needed 10, but they came in a box of 40. He worked out a reasonable charge, and boom they were on there way. I love how in this modern online day, with all its benefits, that there are also still people who will answer the phone and take care of their customers. Way to go.
