After returning the car last month my contact person (Pavel Galagan) charged me 150鈧?extra for a so-called "car cleaning". It is correct that there were a few spots on the seats (mainly from hand sanitizers dropped by my child on the seats) that could easily be cleaned by wiping it with a wet towel. If I knew that he would make it such a problem, I would have cleaned it myself. With other rental companies I never had to worry about cleaning! The weird and shady part is that this man saw me bringing in the car at the airport while I was refueling the car but he refused to come to do the final check in person. Instead I had to park the car and drop the key in a Van parked nearby. And days later he sends me an extra invoice charging me 150鈧?and calls it interior damage!
I have sent the company an email and requested a refund. Since it's a franchise I believe that this person has handled on it's own and not on behalf of the company. So I am patiently waiting and seeing how they'll deal with this issue. I'll update my review as soon as I get a reply.
So far I wouldn't advice anybody to rent from this company. Also because I see another person's review with a similar experience. I wouldn't give this company any star if it were possible, but unfortunately I have to give at least 1 star.
According to the agreements, we returned the car to the airport parking and left the key in a special red box.
During boarding, they call and send several messages accusing us of damage.
Do not trust this local company!
A shame for a northern European country!
