Absolutely dismal…an order initially completed on 7th February 2021 has not yet been delivered, although the item cost came through on the Credit Card on the 8th Feb. At time of purchase, the site indicated that the product being purchased was In Stock, there were 2 items available and hence the rationale to proceed with the purchase. Subsequently informed that product not in stock and likely delivery week of 22nd February. As yet no firm delivery date provided. Absolutely terrible service…

I liked the way that we had a choice of delivery day, then we were told of a 3 hour window on that day. Then I had a phone call to warn us they were 30-45 mins away. Very efficient. The delivery men were pleasant and kept a distance, leaving our furniture in our hallway.
The furniture was very securely packed – very impressed and was just as the picture described.

My product was delivered eventually after numerous emails and having contacted them through PayPal. Personally I won鈥檛 be ordering from this website again and advise others to do the same.

AVOID – I placed an order with first furniture and didn't receive any confirmation, when I chased the order up, I received a response saying that they had just received stock and it would be delivered in 3 to 5 business days. 5 business days passed still no delivery, tried to phone them, they only have a recorded message. I found out subsequently that this recorded message is on the end of a premium rate number. I emailed them again to ask where the item was and got a response saying that they were contacting the manufacturer which went against the email that I first recieved saying that they had stock that would be delivered soon. At this point I deceided to cancel the order and buy from someone reputable so emailed 1st furniture to cancel. After I sent the cancelation email, I received an email from the manufacturer saying the item was ready to ship and a couple of relatively rude emails back from 1st Furniture. Other than that, the item is good but would not go back to 1st Furniture again.

They should answer their emails and when they finally do they need to find some politeness and not be so rude. A CUSTOMER CARE COURSE FOR THE STAFF WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA.
Two phone lines both with a recorded message, what a waste of time.

Poor. We ordered and paid for chairs in October and they didn鈥檛 arrive until February. I was given numerous delivery dates which came and passed without any communication. I had to chase them for an update which was impossible as they insisted on doing everything by email but never responded. Miraculously they turned up when I emailed and suggested I鈥檇 like to cancel the order. Chairs are good though and price was ok – service let them down. Appreciate this was in COVID-19/Brexit period but even more reason to keep customers up to date I think.

Pleased with my console table it鈥檚 beautiful, packed well and arrived when said. Only reason I didn鈥檛 give 5 stars is the website said in stock but I had to wait 5 weeks. That said I was kept informed and offered the chance to cancel. I chose to wait, glad I did.

Problem with damaged item but it was soon sorted and a replacement sent out promptly and without any hassle.

It is with a heavy heart that I have to rate 1 STAR (BAD).

My order was placed on 6th December 2020, I received a confirmation email within 24 days but there was no mention of a delivery date stated. Trying to get hold of anyone within the organisation was a task and a half!!

I eventually spoke to a Scottish gentleman who advised that due to COVID the goods were being delayed getting to them and dispatch would be early January. January came and went and still no sign of my order but no notification from them at all.

I kept ringing/emailing but not getting NO responses. On the one occasion I did manage to speak to someone, they had no record of my order, even though payment was taken on the date of order (6.12.2020) and now blamed BREXIT as they were having issues getting delivery in from Ireland !!! It was only when I emailed them their order confirmation, that they took notice

I kept emailing everyday, chasing my order and delivery arrived today 12th February 2021. They are lovely and are of great quality but sadly I will not be placing an future orders with First Furniture – they are an absolute joke!!

Great delivery service, plenty of updates on delivery date and delivered bang on time. Reclining chair had to be put together. Side arms were mislabelled which took some time to work out. Chair was for my wife who found it uncomfortable so I tried it and after a few hours got pains in legs from, I presume, the seating position. Worse when had legs up on supplied foot stool. Not much we can do about this as packaging chucked out so cats have a 拢300+ new sleeping chair. Wouldn鈥檛 buy again without chance to try out beforehand.

Absolutely no customer service, five emails remain unanswered, the phone number is just a voice mail, only contacted when dispute raised with eBay for chargeback and now demands 拢50 restocking for the item sold as OAK but is Plyboard with an Oak Veneer. Shockingly fraud and appalling experience. Lost money on the purchase will see what to do next. Stay warned!

Well, this is the second time that i ordered this item. The first time was pre-order in November. It didn't arrive so I cancelled order. Later the website said item was in stock. So I ordered it. Then I got a message saying it was delay. Eventually it did arrive. Please review your stock status and pre-order process which to say the least misleading. On the plus side the price was the best available.
