I first saw First Tactical gear at FrontSight and liked it. The Pro Shop did not have the size of pants I wanted to try, so I got online thru FrontSight and ordered them. I got a huge discount–#1–and the order arrived at my house before I got home from my training! Great service.

The website is easy to get around and while processing took a few days, once my item shipped, it got here lickety split. I adore my velocity ems pants.

Company and the people are amazing. Some of the nicest most helpful I've met. Took the time to answer all my questions. Like the product except for the drawstring on the pant legs. It's on the outside of the and it rubs my leg and is annoying. I don't know why it's there, I've never seen it there. Front of leg of inside of the leg.

The pants I have purchased from First Tactical (Tactix BDU and Tactical Pant) are top notch, though a bit heavy for warm/hot weather wear. The construction and overall comfort is outstanding I'm eager to try the new V2 and see how they fare. I would like to see more colors offered in the pants as well.

I had a bit of a problem with shipping. It took about 8 days to get any shipping update. Started to worry as it normally doesn't take this long for any company. However, after emailing Jaeda Aldana, they were very down to earth. Wasn't any extra auto replies or can messages. They expressed they'd have the same frustration and this person personally emailed me back updates on my 2 orders. Not sure if it was by accident but I received 2 extra Velcro pouches with my one day plus pack. Thank you! Then Jaeda compensated me for the issue I had with shipping updates. I won't say what it was but it was significant and I can tell you this company and its employees are here to ensure customers are satisfied! They are 100% for their customers. First tactical don t lose this mindset!

I ordered the one day plus, Velcro pouches and some molle pouches. Wow! This is a stout pack. It's definitely not cheaply made nor is it flimsy. It's a bit smaller than expected but it still holds my gear. I am active duty Air Force, deployed right now and this setup fits the bill. Well worth the money! I like how uniquely placed the pockets are as well as how you open pockets and they don't open all the way so your get inside doesn't fall out.

FIRST TACTICAL needs to develop more products and gear. But you can obviously tell they don't rush product process. Well thought out and useful. Better than 5.11 and I love 5.11. Since the man left 5.11 and started first tactical, I'm moving with him! 😉
