First4figures

This company is run by a group of clowns who have recently recruited their little sister Liz Tai to appeal towards desperate male gamers and get more sales.

Liz can't speak fluent English or pronounce product related terms correctly and reads off a script – she really puts me off buying. Very unprofessional.

This company does not take constructive criticism at all, if you say something about their product that is not 100% positive and supportive they will ban you from their group/page.

Please do not produce that disgusting garbage Dark Souls Gravelord Nito statue that is up for pre-order. It is the worst statue ever made, everyone involved in making it should be ashamed.

First 4 Figures is easily the worst statue producer in the industry, there are many options that would make much products better with the same licenses. Low quality easy cash grab products and high prices.

Liz Tai who appears in all of their ads is really obnoxious. Find someone who can actually pronounce names properly and knows about the product without having to read off a script to advertise please.

Worst collectables company in the market. Alex who runs the company has a Facebook group for F4F collectors, but if anyone dares to point out a flaw or inconsistency on a statue he treats them like absolute crap and even bans people from the pages for speaking up about the below average statues this company produces.

I have bough multiple statues before I realised what the company is actually like, they all came either broken or with paint defects, amd messaging CS is just a nightmare.

Stay clear of F4F and spend your money on a company that actually cares about their customers.

Just like Gaming Heads, First4Figures is a company I will never do business with again, and I have purchased multiple statues from each company. First4Figures, to start, has terrible customer service. Rude, inconsiderate and clearly not interested in anything you have to say or ask. Compared to other collectibles companies like Weta, Gecco or Sideshow, First4Figures is bottom tier. Release dates are very long, quality control is practically non-existent, packaging is always lacking, leaving statues to arrive with worn paint or numerous broken pieces. Beyond that, the overall product is always very mediocre. Sculpting and paint is never consistent between pieces in the same series, and neither is scale. I could almost swear First4Figures and Gaming Heads were run by the same people. They both make all of the same mistakes. And if a purchase does arrive damaged, be prepared to jump through and over all the hoops and hurdles you can imagine to get a refund, replacement or even an apology. If none of this was true, I would have no reason but to praise First4Figures, as I have many other companies. Sadly, they're not like other companies. Unless that other company is Gaming Heads. Just a fair warning.

Just received my Sonic TF Ex pvc, the company forgot to ship with tracking so I could've lost it in the mail. There is a small blueish spec in the eye which is apparent at close look. There is no second card and no sticker with it also. It annoys me since I display my stickers in coin cases and put the cards on a stand but now this on didn't come with it. My 10+ others f4f came with them….. Disappointed

I have bought 6 statues from this company in 10 years and in the end i feel like i have wasted my money.

The quality of the statues is generally good. But out of my 6 purchases 4 had defects that took 5-10 weeks to resolve each time. Also finding out you spend a minimum of $700AU to receive a product that is only covered by a 30 day warranty. To top it off, i was informed by their customer service staff they class the warranty as starting from the date of dispatch from their warehouse in China. Making it arrive in Australia with a little under a week to make a damage claim.

On the one time i was able to lodge a successful claim under warranty they still forced me to pay for postage on the replacement part. Even though they shipped it to me damage. To top it off they also under value the product intentionally to avoid customs charges into Australia which also inhibits my ability to get insurance on these items.

The level of detail in their products is generally quite good but they are let down by their quality control letting clear defects pass. Then let down even further by their customer service team. With the final let down being from Alex Davis, their operations manager at time of writing.

After voicing my concerns and dissatisfaction at the above defects Alex's response was that if i did not like it take my business elsewhere as he does not care for any negative feedback. He even went as far as to state this in a private message to me, on a Facebook page and via email. Following these messages i was then banned from the store page, had my loyalty $ cancelled then was banned from the FB group when i tried to appeal it.

After the horrendous treatment towards me from their Customer service team & then from their Operations manager I felt compelled to leave this review in the hope that other people in the world can make an informed decision before purchasing from such a fraudulent business. Also to point out that in his Facebook group he openly admitted to posting 5 star reviews himself using false accounts to try drown out negative feed back like mine.

** Friendly PSA: if you're not able to get a hold of their Customer Service, file a report with PayPal or your Credit Card to get faster service with F4F***

I ordered a light up Okami figure over a 4 month payment plan. F4F dutifully took my money every month with the expectation that my figure would "ship in Q4". Fine. I got a notification a few weeks earlier than expected that my figure was going to arrive early.

Out of the box, it looked great. No visual quality issues like parts breaking off (I was very worried after reading the reviews), but it didn't light up as it should have. I reached out to CS about my 140$ figure not working and heard nothing. For a little over a month. I would follow up about once a week via email/ticket and heard nothing. I ended up contacting my credit card company and filing a claim, and then *POOF* when I flagged the charge, less than 4 hours later, F4F would non stop reach out. At first they wanted me to record proof of the object being authentic (I made a 5 min video just for them). And then, after verifying it was authentic, offered me 20$ in store credit. I declined, saying I just wanted a figure that lit up as promised. A few weeks of silence, and I finally got an email saying they have a back up ready and they would send it out – however, I needed to record a video of me re-verifying my item was real and then destroying it and I needed to close out my claim against them.

I have never been asked to destroy an item before like this. And there's no way that I would destroy something and "trust" a company that took as long as it did to reach out. Never using them again.

Thank goodness the figure is still cute, even if it doesn't light up

Just read a post where someone called Alex the owner about their give aways, why no one has ever come to the OCC to share their happiness or whatever, no one in the group could say they knew a winner. So now they realized people were on to them they decided to pretend they were so busy they forgot, and they have to go back and sort it out, Dabid the community manager is the one trying to sort this mess out and offering more prizes, yeah more prizes that no one got, Very sad, this company is about profits and creating a cult like group in the Facebook page.

Got damaged figure. And there solutions is either a credit of $23 or me video taping destroying the rest of the figure to get it replaced. This is my first time buying from them. Absolutely appalling how this deal with this. Still haven't received a refund or anything as I am not willing to video tape like a common criminal proofing that I am honest. I have sent them all the photo evidence they requested still wasn't enough. Disgusting.

I personally have ordered 4 figures from them, currently waiting on Shiranui to ship, and never once had an issue. Figures I got are beautiful quality and LED lights are still working perfect so far after 3-4 years. Just my personal experience

HORRIBLE. I own four different statues from them, all with quality control issues. On top of that, their CS is awful and a hassle to deal with. They are a hit and run company, want to take your money but then don鈥檛 want to follow up with any problems once they have it. Best advice just stay away- so many other better companies you can be buying statues from.

Really Bad Customer Service.
They make you take a bunch of photos and videos in order to get store credit.
You'll be lucky to get an actual refund.
Their Quality Control is really bad, it's a shame because their designs are nice.
Most pieces arrive with paint defects or broken pieces.
Stay away from anything that lights up because it will only last about a month before the LED system gives out.

Extremely poor quality- low grade resin used, poor paint jobs, breakages. There are some of the things to expect from F4F. Their customer service is horrifying too, the typical answer consists of 鈥渢hat鈥檚 within tolerance鈥? 鈥渨ould you like a $10 refund for that breakage, and glue it鈥?br />
If you feel you have to purchase a statue, would advise getting it from a third party to make sure you don鈥檛 have to deal with their CS and get coverage for all issues.
Don鈥檛 trust their FB group as they delete any real comments from customer鈥檚 concerning quality as they want to keep up the false image that the company doesn鈥檛 have any issues.

I have Simon, Dracula, Sif, Artorias, Solaire, Ornstein, Mimic on order, so a few from this company. Upto Dracula their products were good given the price range, however since DS line came out, there were too many issues with statues and poor customer service, so much so that there is a dedicated group on FB which focuses on the issues as the official club does not allow posts which contain issues and customer service problems. This is all going down hill and I see no plan for improvement. While other new companies are coming up with excellent pieces in similar price range, F4F are looking outdated and dangerously out of pace.

Embarrassing company. Ceo is a bully. The occ is a joke. Statues come unfinished and Been told to glue back together and then offered store credit to keep their mouth shut.
After being a customer for over 10 years (in the beginning these problems didn't exist) after being betrayed for the past 5 years or so I've had enough. They don't even have the courtesy to reply to poor customers reviews to say sorry after they've already took their money. Its all over statue groups on fb and is now even on YouTube saying how bad this company is. Don't not listen. Avoid avoid avoid.

Purchased products and had the first arrive damaged and the replacements arrive in worse condition. Poor packaging on the replacement as compared to the already damaged original.

Other issues stem from the poor QC (everything in the past few years), poor engineering of multiple figures failing/leaning after time (Fighter Kirby/Solaire PTS), poor attempts at transparency, and horrible censorship against customers.

Only reason to look at them is due to certain licenses they have (not sure how) and crossing your fingers it shows up and stays in good shape.

I have purchased 3 statues from First 4 Figures and never had a negative experience. Sure, sometimes there are delays in the process but this is true for every statue manufacturer. Everything received to date has been of the highest quality available and priced competitively.

I've ordered two resin statues and 2 PVC figures and been happy with the quality of both.
One of the statues had production delays which can be expected with pre ordered collectibles but updates were always given so I understood.
Every time I've had to message Customer Service to amend details or an order they have been prompt.
The one issue I once had with a statue was a piece missing from the box; again Customer Service responded quickly and a replacement piece arrived in good time.

Embarrassing excuse for a company, charged me $450 on a payment plan and didn't charge the last payment of $25, so my figure just sat in limbo while these clowns cashed my checks.

Avoid at all costs, I would rather give $50 to Lootcrate than even go back on their site to try to resolve this problem (I opened a ticket and it sat there unread, typical)
Here's a word of advice for anyone considering buying an overpriced piece of junk from this shady company, DON'T!

Save your money, and the headaches that come with trying to figure out how on earth this company is still allowed to do business online. It literally baffles me, I'd be ashamed if I were running this circus. Hopefully the market reacts to this sham website and they'll go out of business sooner rather than later.

Last summer, I bought an Amaterasu (Okami) figure, and I paid $140.99.
I must have been crazy, but it looked so promising.
At the beginning of this year, it finally arrived, more precisely, its parts arrived.
The tail and the sword went off as soon as I carefully removed it from the package. The plastic must be very cheap.
I'm not a collector, I would just have repaired it. But I can't even glue the parts together. They don't seem to fit. When I try to attach one end of the sword, I can't attach the other one. Moreover, I haven't yet found a glue that works for this kind of plastic.
Of course, I wrote them and asked for help. It has been several months now, and I've heard nothing.
I regret spending so much money on that scam. Never again!
