I was little concern about buying big and expensive tv over the internet never done it before always got my stuff in big box store
got very surprised from first class tvs to be honest way above my expectation
there is no fake news here everything is as describe no bs no games straight up and honest
best price you can ever find by farrrrr
great costumer service great communication great follow up !!!
my experience was more then great and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family and for sure will buy from FIRST CLASS TVS again

I placed an order online for samsung 65" tv free shipping. I created an account for processing my order. The site asks for the shipping address if different from billing. This was entered. At no time during any of this process was a notification given that an automatic cancellation would occur, if the ship to address differed from billing. The site accepted the order. and issued an order #. A few days proceeded and I went to check the status of the order. I logged into the account & it stated there was no order. I called, spoke with a woman who stated the order was cancelled. I asked why and was quickly transferred to a man, stated the manager, who is now telling me there would be a $163 ship insurance fee in order to place this order. After some difficulty explaining how misleading this is & how I never received any email notification of the cancellation. I proceeded to tell him If I never called I would never have known they weren't processing my order. He stated they tried to call me several times. The company did NOT leave any messages!! how am I to know it is this company calling if the number is different from what is on the website???!!!! After going back and forth explaining they shouldn't allow the website to place an order without these notifications, the man was now stating I was arguing. I would not deal with this company!!!

The communications with FirstClass TV were great. I received a phone call from their office a few days after the order was placed with an explanation of what to expect from the shipping process.

AM Trucking was used to deliver the TV. The TV arrived undamaged and was brought into my house, the box opened and the TV turned on to verify it operated. The delivery people were friendly and courteous.

My only suggestion would be to have AM Trucking update their tracking system more frequently.

Overall, a first quality TV was delivered at a great price. It was well worth the 3 week wait.

The sales rep was so eager to sell me the white glove set up that he implied his company would not honor the 30 day return if there was damage saying 'it's not that Simple'. when I said I would escalate it through ebays Terms and conditions center he backtracked.

Please, just tell people the product and service then let them decide.

Everything about the experience was great up to that point. Can't recommend now.

Easy to deal with.
1 thing though, please do not contact eBay buyers after they have purchased an item from you, trying to up sell them insurance, extended warranty or special upgraded shipping.
It is against eBay policies to contact a buyer to try to sell them more options, and I did not appreciate that.

Shipping took a month and 2 weeks to CA and the shipping company was terrible to deal with (AM trucking). My TV was a good deal but the wait was ridiculous. Firstclasstvs also called me before shipping to "confirm" my order and tried to upsell me "white glove delivery" and an overpriced "extended warranty" which was irritating to me. I would probably not buy from them again unless they changed their shipping company. I will say that after waiting a month and contacting firstclasstvs they were helpful and promised to contact the shipping company which I believe they did so that was positive.

The delivery company first class tv uses is unnecessarily slow. But if you have the flexibility in your schedule, the price is great for a name brand product.

The only complain a have is the shipping company that they used. It took them 18 days for the delivery.
Other than that the tv was exactly as described.

LG has an issue with their ARC HDMI port. It judders when connected to an av system. (Yes with firmware upgrades done on all devices and with the complaint HDMI cables.)
Firstclasstvs was very professional in handling the delivery, I haven't had to call for support on this product.
Would recommend first-class to anyone.
Would suggest they take over operations at LG to help them fix their problems with their product!

The TV supposed to come on the first day of January 2020 but come on the last days in December 2019 . The delivery guys was nice to call me and ask me if they come in afternoon because the delivery to our address was scheduled for 6:00 in morning the next day . The tv is amazing with wonderful quality and functions .

I was nervous, having never done business with FCT. However, the deal was good and the process was simple. There were multiple contact points via email and text letting me know status, and the TV arrived and the product validated by the two delivery pros. Very satisfied, and I love my new TV!

Cheapest place for this new LG OLED model. Freight shipping time was about a week. Freight company is required to open box and plug in set to confirm it functions so there is absolutely no need to purchase white glove service ($79). Very pleased overall with the process. Love the TV.

TV got delivered in excellent condition. Team does not install it as stated. Can be tricky if you do it alone. Nevertheless excellent product. Airplay mirroring lags a lot and doesn't work as expected. Need to connect to get it resolved.

The product arrived in a timely fashion and the delivery people turned it on to be sure it was working before they left. The product was new in the unopened box with all the components. Very satisfied with this company!

The delivery company didn't call ahead to schedule a delivery time. They just showed up and I happened to be home. Other than that, the experience was great and the price was great as well.

Firstclasstv was very responsive and quick to ship. Did have an issue with shipper with there on time delivery and has to make a few calls to get comfortable but firstclasstv made sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend and buy from again.

Easy to deal with, professional. My only gripe is that they don't ship to rural areas – I had to have tv shipped to a relative in a city 70 miles away, then pick up myself from there.

Great price on the LG OLED65C9PUA 65" 4K Smart Ai OLED TV ThinQ Amazon Alexa Google 2019. Delivery service was terrible by AM Home Delivery. Order was placed on 12-2-19, I knew it was going to be about 2 weeks for the delivery, I got text message on 12-12-19 saying delivery would be on Saturday 12-14-19 with a 4 hour window. I had grandson come from over and hour away to help me install it when it arrived. They never showed up. Finally got someone with the AM Home delivery and they said it was suppose to the delivered on Sunday 12-15-19 not 12-14-19 as my text said. No show again on Sunday. Monday I called and talked to AM again and they said they have no idea where the truck was but will let me know. Called a couple times later and still no delivery date except that it would probably be delivered later in the week. It was finally delivered on Friday 12-20-19 16:43. Delivery persons said they don't know why I was told delivery would be on a Sunday as they do not make deliveries on Sunday.

Great deal on the TV. Quick response to the question I had asked before purchasing. TV works great. Delivery crew brought it into the house and plugged it in to make sure it worked before they left even though I did not buy the "white glove" treatment.

Product arrived as advertised within the given time frame. TV looks great and very happy with the purchase (65 inch, LG OLED). Someone called me afterwards to offer white glove service – I bought it though I did not state during the purchase that I wanted the TV up 2 flights of stairs so when it was delivered, the deliverymen were not sure whether to take it up. I think if I had pursued it more, and/or tipped them, they would have done it.
I also purchased the 5 year warranty promoted by 1st class TVs. I had purchased the promoted 2 year insurance from Ebay initially. Both overlap with the 1 year warranty from LG so keep that in mind. Overall would purchase a TV again from this site.
