I was approved for a loan which I never received. I paid the requested 3 months in advance then they called me with modification to the contract which I already signed for $5000 They said that the lender does not want to go with $5000 they would like to give me $10000 but I need to send additional money. I did not agree to that and ask them to return my deposit. I haven't hear from them since and lately their number is temporary out of service.

do your homework and check out. They even have a copy of the better business bureau on their site the insurance co is from the united kingdom and do not know them, so after you pay the 749.00 for insurance you will never receive you loan.
