they keep removing classes and keep taking more customers. the venteliste is ridiculous. if u r not there 20 min before the class they give your spot to someone else but still take 35kr from you. The 35kr fee is there to cover the spot u didnt wanna use because u didnt show up. Why do I have to pay 35kr if I did show up but u gave my spot to someone else? RIDICULOUS. FW its a SHAME

Be aware! steve nash people sold their members contact information along with credit card information to fitness world. It is my understanding this is some sort of crime! I don鈥檛 understand how this has not been investigated by authorities.
When I inquired about refund of unauthorized payment I was told there are lots of people like me and no one will be refunded!!! This is illegal activity especially with European Union citizens and A massive security breach of personal data for all members. They tried to convince me this was in my contract… when I asked to show the contract no one was able to find it!
I am now wondering who Else has purchased members information? Was this on sale?
I still want my refund …. but honestly my hopes are getting pretty low.
I will never recommend this type of business.

I鈥檝e been a member at Fitness World for more than 5 years now and I鈥檝e always been a big fan of their workout classes. In addition, there鈥檚 plenty equipment and you will almost not experience queues. The only downside is the different levels of the instructors.

Fitness World is rather a huge scam than proper gym. Once you register, they force you to pay fictional debt and other various fees. In case you'd like to cancel your registration and leave, you need to pay them next 3-4 months!
After you pay all your debt and cancel it properly, they'll find a way to charge you even more with other fictional fees…
You better find some small local gym than this scamming corporation:)

I would not recommend them. I cancelled my subscription during covid 19 crisis and they charged me almost 300 DKK to close my membership.

Been trying to get that turned around, but instead they just take your money. They also have authorised an amount my account, which I have been waiting to have released for almost a month. They keep saying that it鈥檚 been reversed, but still no result.

Don鈥檛 use them they are more about money then service.

I thought I lost my card, and before I went to the gym to sort it out it turns out my ex-boyfriend stole my card and used it at the gym a couple of times before he was caught. I got fined 500 Krona for it. I emailed them, and started a dialogue, but then they just ignored everything when I asked for evidence and just took the money anyway. The gym is ok, and I kept my membership, but be aware that as you can see in the other reviews they make sure to take as much extra money from you as possible.

Their policy sucks, their whole system sucks. If you take a pause starting this day, that pause will start on the 16th of that month. Considering it's June 30th today and I paused my membership on the said date, it will pause on the 16th of July. They've already taken 410 kr. from me this month albeit my membership being priced at 399. So, the latter is that I'm never gonna get that money back even though I want to pause today. So, they get away with me paying 410 kr. for 16 days of membership. This is insane and unnacceptable to customers' pont-of-view. I will never go back to this fitness center ever because we, their customers have no freedom to exit whenever we want and we never get refunds for the money we paid them. Their system are solely for themselves not the customers.

They are pathetic when it comes to deliver the product its been a month waiting for my gym equipment bloddy they are not delivering it My parcel is in mumbai they atiilll havent delivered it to my home worst worst please never order any gym equipment from fitnessworld.in they have pathetic rivigo kinda courier service Who are Worst as ass never andwers ur phone my product is in bhiwandi it still show its not unloaded my asss and it was total of six packages now its showing 1 i wish there should hav been atleast on section to tivr them rating in minus i would be glad to do that tuckers pathetic

As part of Covid-19 FW stated they wouldn't take money from members, as FW don't deliver any service. Fine.

But then I suddenly got a mail that was caught in my spamfilter for 4 days. In the mail FW stated that they had chosen that I didn't want any refund for the lost money during Covid-19. And when I contacted them to explain that FW cannot decide on my behalf, they replied 'bad luck'. Crazy.
I wrote again but heard nothing. Until I wrote again, and got an autoreply that the case had been closed… without any notice to me.

FW is using illegal practice to steal money from their own members. Deemed illegal by 'forbrugerombudsmanden', but apparently FW don't care.

I'm surprised that have not yet been published in the Danish media…

Broken equipment, dirty centers, unprofessional and clueless staff, everything is overpriced and now they want me to pay while the centers are closed because of covid19? Bull s h i t my friend. And it looks like they won't let you open till August? Karma is a b i t c h, huh c u n t s?

Pathetic compensation

Their centers have been closed from the 12th of March to the 14th of April (Hopefully not any longer) Because of the COVID-19 Pandemic. They get 2 stars because they closed down, which is awesome.

But their compensation is pathetic. They even charged me on the 1st of April, the full amount, even when I could not go work out. This was due to their "Super advanced payment system". If that was the case (right…) Then they could at least refund that amount that they charged by "mistake" and hold payments until they open up their centers again.

But no. They compensate me with 500dkk gift card, to their shops that I don't want to use because they are overpriced. 20% discount on the next 6 months, which does not add up in the value of the money lost, and if I cancel or downgrade my membership within those 6 months then I have lost even more money.

I could also choose to pause my membership. Then they would take the money I paid, and deduct it from future payments. However, then I would not receive any compensation for my All-In Addon.

Not refunding money, that is charged for a service that is not provided is in my book a scam. Compensating with discounts and gift cards to your shop is even more of a scam.

All I do in Fitness world is work out. I do not want to purchase their overpriced products. The times where I have done so, have been because I needed something quickly.

I am in disbelief that their compensation is so laughable. Let us see if they open their doors back up the 14th of April or if their compensation will be even more of a joke.

I have been a customer for over 2 years. Paying every month. And this is how much I am appreciated. Wow.

Im not going to cancel my membership. I can, but i still Neesd a place to work Out. Fitness World is a great place for that with Great centers and great personal. Which is why i am so disappointed in how they are handling the situation.

I have always have great experiences from FitnessWorld! Their system is very easy to use. They have polite workers. Most important, their customer service are THE best! I have been helped by Tommy from Denmark, and he has been so kind!

I recommend this company to everyone!

Great place to train. Many centers, most of them are close to public transports or those further away from city centrum have good parking spaces

Good facilities and good instructors.

Without telling me up front, when I signed up, at the end of the month FW billed me for 4 classes that I didn't attend. An agreement about penalty fees should be clear for both parts, and it wasn't.

More yoga on morning

This company is so incredibly helpful that they charge $20 for emailing you a copy of an instruction manual. As far as I am concerned it makes no difference whether or not one has purchased directly from them or not. What matters here is the customer service and it looks like they have to look up these words in the dictionary as obviously they don't seem to know much about servicing of customers. If they charge $20 only for emailing a copy of instructions manual then you can imagine how much they will charge for spare parts etc. So this is not a company that I would recommend. Cheerio!!!

Except hour membership price to climb steadily. As of September 1st, 2019 we all pay 10 kr. more per month so all centers can open from 5.00-00.00鈥搃f not a 25 hour gym. Everyone?! In Aalborg too?! Just another money making scheme. Can鈥檛 wait for a decent competitor to pop up. In the mean time, I am canceling my membership鈥攁s they suggest, if you do not want ti pay more.

The center located in Kronen is pretty good equipped. I would say the fridges are not that often filled as many times they looked abandoned, which can be annoying if you pay for the All in package.

The cleaning lady from the morning is the sweetest. As I go in the morning while she is still cleaning or just after she finished, the place is super neat and she's always so polite and welcoming with a smile. Thank you !

In Fitness World – H酶jbjerg, Rundh酶j Square, there are many options for cardio, but for the weights/strength, further options can be added.

Overall about Fitness World, it's a great place and great staffs.

I am very happy with Fitness World. The prices are fair considering what you get for it in terms of equipment and classes. Granted, I have only tried 3 gyms so far, but they've all been satisfying.
