I bought this product for my partner as it is something she wanted to keep track of her progress effectively. We were wrong. It is cheap and inaccurate.

When contacting customer services about a refund, we were advised this could be processed as it鈥檚 only over 30 days old. We were asked to reset and calibrate again which we felt was extremely odd given it is only new. Questions need to be asked on fit tracks own quality control procedures if they are asking customers to do this with new products. Do not buy

Unbelievable poor service. Be the judge:
1. Ordered on november 28 . The scale and the Watch. I receive the scale on December 7 2020. I receive the watch one week later.

I could not recharge the watch, I had to jiggle it on the charger for 3 to 5 min to get it to work. Pressing on the training programs would sometime works and sometime scroll the page.

I tried to reach them often during december waiting for 30 min on the phone with no answer. After 3 attempts, I decide to wait after the christmas period thinking I was helping them clear their workload.

Since I could not fix the problem, I wanted to return the product. Oups, past 30 days… no more returns or any kind of product warranty. lolololol.

I even offer to return the product on my dime so they can check it out themselves and apply the refund as they see fit. No, no, no, no, we can't do that, you are past the 30 days. lololololol

I should be mad, but It will not help. I simply hope I can prevent other people from getting involved with a company that has a very cheap product and do not have any respect for customers.

By the way, I also have the scale and it varies from 1 to 3 pounds depending how you stand on it. lololol. Again very cheap products.

Ordered two scales in December. These were Xmas gifts, but the products are missing. FitTrack gave me a tracking number. But so what, since their computer algorithm made a mishmash of the recipient and my own address. So, far the USPS has sent it around to three or four stations. I have asked for a refund by email and the company does not respond. I waited on the telephone, but no one answered. This is a scam it seems for Attorney General consideration.

Ordered in November. Is now January 19th and still have had no update on order. I have emailed 3 times and each time was promised that I would get my shipment details in a couple of days and yet nothing. Absolutely disappointed, biggest scam don鈥檛 buy. Everyone that has rated 5 stars is definitely a bot or in on the scam.

AVOID THIS COMPANY

The customer service is terrible. They don鈥檛 deliver goods you鈥檝e paid for and send you rude emails making out you鈥檙e at fault for the issues that THEY are experiencing.

They鈥檝e now stopped replying to emails completely despite me not receiving the goods I鈥檝e paid for and the comments on their Facebook posts (that they haven鈥檛 yet deleted) show I鈥檓 not the only one having this issue. Absolute scam.

Ordered a bundle of 2 watches and a scale in early December. The scale was delivered by Royal Mail within a few days. The watches however have not arrived.
When I tracked the watches using the info in the order confirmation it showed the package had been despatched. I kept checking but there was no update to the tracking.
I emailed customer service and got a snotty email back telling me that the tracking information I had provided was incorrect. I鈥檇 cut and paste it from the confirmation email that they had sent me so either they were sending out dodgy info to start with or were trying to put the blame back on me. I replied that the tracking info was precisely the same as they had provided initially. Eventually they agreed to send out a new set of watches.
The new tracking information shows the watches having been despatched in France. When I ordered the watches over a month ago this wouldn鈥檛 have been a problem. However now they will be liable for duties and taxes. Nowhere on the website does it detail where they will be sent from or that they will be liable for duties and taxes- and at the point I ordered them they wouldn鈥檛 have been.
Strange to have the scale sent from the uk but the watches from another country when these are sold as a 鈥渂undle鈥?and poor practice not to alert buyers that duties may be payable when they sell from different country-specific websites.
Poor customer service and a shabby company. Avoid, there are companies more deserving of your money out there.

Worst customer service ever. I ordered a scale on Nov 28 and have not seen any tracking info yet. Called a couple times and waited for more than 40 mins both times. It ended up with "sorry, our agents are not available " auto message and hung up. I brought it as a X'mas gift for a family member. Where is my order??? This company is unreachable and totally irresponsible. Do Not buy from them!

I placed an order on 11/26. I have already contacted the company several times. The CSR keeps repeating what they are told, "your item will be shipped in two days" It was supposed to be shipped on 12/08, then 12/10, 12/14 and today is the 23rd. I still have not received tracking information on my product. I still have not received my product. It takes a long time to speak to a person. I have already submitted feedback via online on the website. I am disappointed on the service. I feel scammed! I strongly recommend that if you are trying to purchase this product that you go with another company. Otherwise you are just wasting your money and your time.

This company is HORRIBLE and I feel SCAMMED. I ordered 3 scales and received only 1. I tried emailing and calling for a couple of weeks with no answer. When I finally made contact on messenger, they started with the stall tactics. Finally got an email a few days ago telling me they ran out of scales and had to ship from elsewhere and mine order was escalated for delivery. Yesterday, I get another reply telling me they are contacting the delivery service to see where they delivered the other 2. In a nutshell, they need your money but are not supplying product, and they even disabled the "contact us" link for missing items. Reputable companies don't ignore paying customers and they answer their phones. They also don't use stall tactics, and reputable companies tell you the truth. This company fails all the way around. I wish I searched the complaints against them before I ordered.

Ordered FitTrack Dara scale from FitTrack on 12/4. Received initial confirmation email. Never received any further emails from them, so went to their website and clicked on Customer Service, sent a note asking for order status, week passed with no response so I saw their Customer Service number on their website and called them. After introduction auto message, starts playing music and no one ever picks up. I was on hold for 15 minutes. So, second round, send email, call Customer Service number, same thing happens. So, round three, same thing. Then, much to my surprise, my order shows up on 12/17. So, good news is that you will likely get your product but don鈥檛 count on getting any response to inquiries.

I placed an order on 11/24/20. I received an order confirmation email, but no tracking information. I used their website to 鈥渢rack鈥?my order, but all it does is 鈥渟end鈥?a message to their company. I have not received any responses ever since I used their website to send that message. I am literally calling them right now as I type this review, and I have been stuck on hold for 20 minutes (and counting) while listening to the most crappiest, repetitive instrumental song ever! I am very irritated and annoyed about how non-communicative this company is, and yet how quickly they can charge my credit card! Beyond frustrated. I鈥檓 tempted to call my credit card company and dispute this charge all together, and get my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! HIGHLY SEEMS LIKE A SCAM.

DONOT ORDER
I placed the order at the beginning of November, I have a email sent to me this morning, after I emailed them, because no contact was given to me.
Saying they are hoping to get my order out in the next two business days, there goes that Christmas gift.
Absolutely no care given by this company, I will never be ordering again and recommend no one does.
If there is issues then update your buying sites, as they are still saying 3 days shipping.

Just like everybody else on here I placed an order with false information on delivery time. After 3 weeks I decided to cancel and they refunded back to my PayPal within a day which I was pleasantly surprised with! Even though I want the product I don鈥檛 want to wait what looks like 6+ weeks from other reviews and imagine if something went wrong, you can almost guarantee the returns/replacements process is a nightmare. Very worrying that they don鈥檛 reply to any of these and keep them off their website. I asked them 2 weeks ago to correct their online journey as delivery still states 2-3 days and they said it鈥檚 been noted. Any other company would amend immediately to save their reputation, very dodgy. Lockdown has been very boring so I scrolled down to the start of these reviews and if you have time, read some of the excellent ones for a laugh. Its not language anyone would ever use – clearly staff just posting stuff to get numbers up!

I could not locate shipping estimations anywhere on website, including the shipping policy and searching through FAQs and even on checkout page. Bad sign right. Surely it can't be that bad, so took the risk to make purchase. Wrong! AFTER purchasing, advise is 14-21 BUSINESS days not including several days to process order and not including further postal delays relating to COVID. They are not upfront about their long shipping timeframes and use cheap and slow shipping methods. Also when reading faqs, batteries are not included and required for operation. This is not a cheap product, so with the above two points expressed this is disappointing experience from the get-go.

Such a variation in measurements, step on, off and on again and there's over a KG difference?

Ive had to set up additional accounts to measure first time then step back on with my own account to get the more accurate result.

Cheap fake Chinese crap! Don鈥檛 buy anything from this company, scales are cheaply made, flimsy, inaccurate. The watch uses poor charging technology with 鈥渢eeth鈥?contacts which break after a matter of days. Disgusting that celebrities are promoting these products on Instagram and Facebook to make a quick buck. AVOID at all costs. Buy something decent from a reputable company that don鈥檛 spend 90% of their money on fake advertising.

I was sent a faulty product and as I paid for warranty, thought it would be straightforward to have a replacement sent. I have sent upwards of 10 emails over the past month or more, and even though I explain the problem I am repeatedly told to calibrate yhe scales (which I have done multiple times). The weight reads incorrectly and gets stuck on a weight until someone significantly heavier ot lighter steps on, then i step on again and it works. They are requesting video evidence of this, me stepping on, then someone else stepping on, then me stepping on again and the weight changing, over multiple days before they will replace their faulty product. I am not making a short film, inconveniencing myself and another person over multiple days in order to have their faulty product replaced. Each time is speak with someone who seems not to know the history of the complaint. Today I was told that they know I have already sent a video (I haven't) but that they need another one. Absolutely shocking, do not waste your money.
