FlexPro Meals

I am in love! I was initially disappointed with ordering on a Friday and not receiving my meals until the following Friday (because most delivery services aim for the beginning of the week because who doesn't love to start a "diet" on Monday right?). However, the meals have been DELICIOUS. I can tell all of the ingredients are fresh and real. They are well seasoned. I love that I can keep them frozen until the day before and I am not concerned that my meals are going to waste or will taste like boring left overs. So far so good. The menu has a lot of variety so I don't have to get bored with traditional weight/fat loss meals.

Very pleased with this company. They would get back to me right away if I had a question and their food is delicious

First time ordering from Flexpro and I was extremely disappointed. The meals I received did not look like the 鈥減hotos鈥?they have on their website. I won鈥檛 waste my money on their products again.

Ordered the other day, and it came in 2 days. Incredibly impressed with the timing.
Macro's and calories are detailed for each meal, making meal planning and goal reaching simple.
Food is great for what it is!
Ordered VIP Package commitment and not regretting it one bit!

I have been using this service for 2 months and the only problem has been being shorted 1 meal. This is the second time and it is not a big deal for me. The first time I sent an E-mail and there was a credit placed on my account for the next order, they answered the e-mail the same day it was sent. They have also called to be sure everything is going well with the service. I cannot praise the customer service enough from this company. Awesome job guys!

The food is really Tasty. It is nice to have a fast meal that is low carb without all the additives. The price is a little high but it is convenient.The treats are really good but to sweet for low carb. The package was delivered on time and it was still frozen. Overall my first experience with FlexPro Meals was good.

Great variety and good taste. Priced well and delivery is on time or early. Any mistakes are corrected immediately. No complaints here. Better than the others for me and my life style.

There are some definite pros and cons here.
Pros:
Healthy food
Most meals taste great
Clearly labeled with most Macros
Reasonable prices
If a meal shows up damaged they will come the price of that meal.
Customer service follows up regularly by phone and email so they are engaging with customers.

Cons:
Inconsistent-the same meal is different week to week.
Delivery is totally unreliable.(this is their shipping partner, not them)
The steak is very tough and not a great cut of meat -I don鈥檛 recommend it.
The salmon is not good.
The company makes little effort to rectify customer dissatisfaction, they鈥檒l address the immediate issue at hand but go no further.

I will say that there has been a positive change in the last few months where packaging and order accuracy has improved.

I have used MANY meal plans all of which are fitness focused. This is the best I鈥檝e found for flavor, above average on healthiness, average on price (before discounts for quantity), and below average on consistency of the meal contents.

Food was excellent, tasted great and easy to prepare. It was also delivered in a timely manner.

I was very hesitant to order. I mean everyone who sells meals always has good things to say, but I was like let me take a chance. I committed to the 3 month VIP deal. Let me tell you that I have not been disappointed. There may be a few meals that I kinda change up during the week, but all in all the meals are delicious, and the best part is they are delivered right to my door. With my busy lifestyle this works for me. I love my FlexPro meals!!!

Loving this food! I've been sharing the treats with friends and family hoping to get some people hooked! Some of my favorite meals are the Frisco Burger, the Chicken & Sweet Potatoes, and the Street Tacos. Everything is so good!

All in all I鈥檓 very happy. Just some suggestions….maybe lower the price for longer memberships…..ie $50 per week for 10 meals, 6 month term

A 鈥渓ittle鈥?more often change in menu

Honestly I have been using flex for about 2 months now, and I have not been disappointed once. Every single meal is not only SO delicious, but the portion sizes are perfect, and less not forget, the yummiest protein treats! Thanks for helping this single mom, nursing student and business owner, stay on top of eating well.

Meals are good. Beef can be tough! Could have more of a variety

I have no complaints with the meals! They are actually real food vs frozen grocery store meals. Really convenient! My whole family really enjoys them!

I really enjoy their meals, helps my husband and I stay on track with our low calorie dieting. Excellent for people who are meal prepping for weight loss. They also offer larger portion meals which is great for people who aren't trying to lose weight.

Easy quick 2-3 minute reheat. Also the protein bakery treats are so yummy.

This company makes it so much easier for me to stay on track losing weight!!!

Some Good meals and some ok meals! The storage of the food could be better.

Don鈥檛 start up with them, they won鈥檛 cancel when you request it!! Go look at better business Bureau (BBB), they are not a credited business and have nothing but complaints! BBB gave them grade of F +

I am so obsessed with this company! After trying many and being disappointed, I am so glad to be a part of the Flex Fam! Not only are the affordable but they taste amazing. The customer service is also great, which is a BIG plus! I placed an order for 10 meals plus the bakery treats. I was a little apprehensive but willing to give them a try. AFTER ordering, when i was googling the company, came across many negative reviews and horrible articles about the quality of the food, customer service and health code violations in their kitchen. I was petrified, as I hadn't yet received my order but, as usual, I wanted to form my own, personal opinion. So when my meals came, I was actually shocked to see how well they were packaged, as opposed to the photos I had seen online. My food came in plastic containers, sealed with a plastic seal – and none of the cardboard and rubber band type containers I saw on the reviews. My personal takeaway of this was that people want to demand that companies do whatever they can to use compostable items, which may not be suitable for some applications, such as shipping meals. Its generally not cost-effective (which in turn makes it more costly to the consumer) and allowed for contaminants to enter the containers during shipping. Downright not safe. So I can see where the company had tried to accommodate for more eco-friendly packaging at one time, and it was determined to be unsafe and unsanitary. All that said, I believe that the plastic containers are a great way to package the food and keep it fresh and sealed during shipping. Glad to see they made that change. Moving on. The food never really LOOKS glorious. It doesn't look like something you want to say "MMMM THIS LOOKS GREAT!". Which is why I rated the 4 stars, not the 5. However, the food TASTES PHENOMENAL! I have yet to try something from FlexPro that I dislike. Everything I have had has been delicious, particularly the Honey BBQ Turkey. Every time I put my food in the microwave at work, someone says how good it smells. It really is delicious food! I am a larger girl trying to lose weight and was looking for an option that I could easily store at work (For those days of mandated overtime), that I could easily track my calories from (Their macros are right ON the packaging), that served decent portion sizes, tasted delicious and that I could make at work in the microwave. FlexPro meals hit on each one of these requirements for me, allowing me to easily keep on track of my weight loss goals! The treats are amazing, too! I love them. I love love love LOVE them! They satisfy my sweet tooth, while giving me protein and keeping me within my calories for the day! I love the variety (but would be totaly OK with just getting all M&M ones too! lol). Overall, I think if you are contemplating trying them out, I would definitely say try it!

P.S. I have only had to reach out to their customer service once, they got back to me via email RIGHT AWAY!

Over the last few years, I鈥檝e gone back and forth whether or not I was going to do something like this. Can I justify the cost? Is the food going to be amazing, or taste like cardboard? I鈥檝e turned myself down so many times and then realized- what I do I have to lose? And let me tell you something….
Worth it鈥檚 weight in GOLD!
My first bite, I literally had an epiphany! Like 鈥渙h wow! THAT鈥橲 HOW PEOPLE ARE ABLE TO COMPETE! You CAN actually eat real food!鈥?
The treats…just be warned…after my first order I put that on auto ship weekly! Those things are INSANE! I cannot wrap my mind around HOW they managed to pack only 175 calories into one of those things! They are heavenly! I鈥檓 usually quite generous with food, but I will not share even one of them-WITH ANYONE!
Seriously though, the food is amazing! Everything is weighed and portioned out.
I don鈥檛 have that KNOT in my stomach every Sunday anymore because 鈥淚 have to do meal prep.鈥?I鈥檓 not stuck eating the same damn meal six times in a row. Or trying to surprise myself by mixing up basically all the same stuff anymore.
I鈥檒l be very honest with you. When it comes to meal prep: I cut corners. I do. I don鈥檛 wanna spend hours hunting down ingredients that I鈥檝e never heard of, to make an epic meal that I鈥檓 going to be sick of in 3 days.
You know what else is AWESOME about this whole thing?!

YOU'RE NEVER GONNA SPILL ANYTHING!!!

Sometimes I have to just stick a knife through the plastic cause I can鈥檛 rip off the seal. And it鈥檚 really thick!! (Just make sure you rip that off prior to heating it up.)
Remember all those meals you spent hours preparing, then the amazing sauce spills all over your backpack? And everyone at work is wondering why they smell garlic? YEAH! No more of that crap!
I am thoroughly satisfied with the service, the product-EVERYTHING! 5 stars all day.

Just warning you though.. the treats..you鈥檙e gonna be blown away! And you鈥檒l be placing a recurring order. And I don鈥檛 have to spend all that time in the grocery store studying those labels anymore!

I have been ordering Flex Pro Meals for a little over a month now and I鈥檓 hooked! The convenience of these meals being delivered right to my door makes my life so much easier. My only complaint is that the quality of the chicken breast doesn鈥檛 seem to be as good in the meals that come with shredded chicken. However, the meals that come with whole chicken breast are great! The costumer service with this company is what I truly appreciate! They are so kind and willing to work with you in any way possible. I would highly recommend Flex Pro Meals.
