I was looking for a stainless steel analogue stopwatch & Flightstore cane up on a Google search. Great quality items and I received my order much quicker than I was expecting.

Super quick delivery. I purchased one jacket at Battle of Britain airshow, and decided to buy another when home. Great priducts and service. I may need to spoil myself again soon.

No problems – delivered on time, well packaged and with good communication from the company. A little on the expensive side, but what isn't with aviation related things? I'd definitely recommend!

Faulty, over priced, awful service.

I ordered two products from flightstore, one arrived damaged already and with a price tag on it which was 2/3 of what I payed for the product, and the other of a low quality for the price I paid. I decided I wanted to return the products and when emailing to confirm this, flightstore were short and unhelpful, furthermore they tried to make me pay for the postage to return the items, something the shop should pay for under UK consumer law. When I informed them of this I received a rude and sarcastic reply back. If you can avoid shopping here then do.

I have bought a number of items over the years at Flightstore Pilot Shop and the service has always been excellent. The last order was for a fuel strainer ordered at 3pm one day and arrived at 9am the next, in time for a light aircraft ferry.
They have never let me down.

Quick delivery and product exactly as advertised – would happily use Flightstore again.

Very good, except I ordered a BLACK Boeing baseball cap and received a dark blue one.
I guess that's still important

Ordered a ma1 jacket. It was well packaged delivered on time and excellent quality.

Ordered a product online having never used Flightstore before and the whole process was very easy. It was easy to locate the product I wanted, order and payment was quick and easy and the product was despatched and delivered on time the following day.

The only thing I would say is that the email coming through had a tracking number for the parcel, but no link or description as to who was delivering the goods. So there was no way to track the product. To myself this didn't really matter as I was at home the entire day and the parcel turned up promptly, but it would have been nicer to actually have the option to phsyically track the item in question.

I have used this company before and, as before, the service provided could not have been any better.

Fair prices and deals,good stock quality with fair priced postage. If you have a problem they do all they can to help, even with code and loading issue. Always my first place to look for flight sim stuff.
