I'd give them 4.9 stars! I've purchased carbon rims (they no longer offer just rims) from them and brake pads. They ship from USA and as a small company have great customer support. I've called them once and got a hold of Chris or John (directors or owners of the company). They even provided their own cell phone numbers. What other company would do that?! You can often find generous 20% off coupons as well. So why 4.9 stars? Well, they removed their blogspot website where tons of useful information was and replaced it with their own version that doesn't have the same volume of content. Unfortunately, like all rim brake rims, they will eventually wear out.
