We ordered on the 25th February and expected delivery date was 5th March. On the 8th I emailed via contact form on there website to ask when they would deliver they never replied. On the 10th March still not having received our delivery and now having an empty tank telephoned them and after 30 minutes on the phone reitiating to them that we had no heating and were cold they promised to deliver the next day. Complete lie and we are still waiting for the delivery 8 days later, we received a letter in the post today but not an explanation or appology NO!!l A letter to let us know that they are significantly increasing our tariff. The trustpilot rating that they claim isn't actually correct as they have reviews under different titles for the company. The flogasni.co.uk is better guide to the way this company values it's customers with reviews such as poor, terrible and flogas No gas!!!!!

Still no response still no gas 18/03/20 seriously find it hard to believe the good reviews are not made up!!!

I had an excellent a speedy response from Flogas this week. It can be a little hit and miss though, the staff I spoke to this week were excellent but sometimes it can be less than perfect with some staff.

Had a problem with 2 LPG bottles that were delivered – Chloe @ Flogas got back in touch and they were replaced within 2 days – excellent service all round.

Excellent and outstanding service by Jason Ellis and Rhea Willett in Dec 2019. Through several delays in gas being provided to the property during a very cold spell, Rhea and Jason made sure of emergency supplies being delivered. A year ago I switched LPG gas suppliers to Flogas. I was out at an Autumn show, when I spotted a Flogas stall. Keen to explore what they had to offer I ventured forward. They were both welcoming and reassuring- that they could meet my household demands.
Forward a year and I have been let down badly!! Last Friday I ran out of gas. I spoke to the emergency team who apologised and said it would be delivered in 24hrs as I was out. 30hrs later – no gas so I rang Customer Services – they said it had been requested. Interestingly they told me my Watchman digital gauge had alerted them on 27th November to schedule a delivery – I also have signed up to thank top up service too!! We are now on Monday 13th January, I still have no gas – despite phoning customer service this afternoon to check delivery. I was told it was for today – if indeed it hadn't already been done. I get home from work at 1830 and no gas. Ring the emergency number as cs had shut. Apparently it was put on "stop" as the tanker had run out!! Now as a hgv driver their tankers carry c16000 litres….. have all the deliveries that day had no gas??
What really appalls me is that the Stop was put on and nobody bothered to communicate. I feel I was lied to as I feel I spoke to Customer Services after the stop was put on, and I firmly believe her slight hesitation in talking to me was after she realised someone had cocked up.
Overall I regret moving to Flogas. Customer care is shocking. They have some serious logistical problems – and I wonder whether any " new" customers got their gas ahead of existing customers – which if was the case is verging on deplorable.
I'm thoroughly hacked off….???

Well it鈥檚 been 2 days since I received an acknowledgement to my complaint 鈥渟omeone will contact you鈥?dear god if I had a pound for every time I heard that from this company. Calor if your reading this buy this company out they are the worst by far I have ever dealt with People stay clear . It鈥檚 the staff I feel sorry for being at the sharp end who is the CEO they are the one we should be targeting

After posting yesterday because of a lack of gas you responded really quickly and asked for my full customer details which I supplied.
Really disappointed that this was the last I heard from you.
Situation still the same, a household with an elderly disabled and vulnerable baby and not enough gas to put the heating on without running out of gas on Christmas eve

Our neighbour Alec Packham did all the legwork negotiating a good deal with Flogas so that basically all we had to do was to sign up to a Village Deal. It is good that Flogas saw the mutual benefit of such a deal and Abdullah was very positive and helpful allowing us to sign up with confidence. Our thanks go to both of them.

After 2 months of waiting and how many calls …we have now ran out of Bulk GAS we have a auto system fitted to tell you when at 40% again you still failed..
Only after speaking to a guy called Harry at your call centre are we told being filled today….we hope so as we have a disabled son in a wheelchair and he can`t regulate his body temperature.So are on your preference service again you still can`t run this properly..

Would have given more stars, renewed contract with you again, been customer for a very long time. However you failed to order my delivery of gas and I had to phone to reorder, couldn鈥檛 check online as this was out of order, and waited over 15 minutes on phone, disappointed.
