Flowers ordered for next day delivery .Rang at 4pm next day and told by Jack,flowers on route.6pm called again.no answer.Rang 9pm the following day ,jack stated flowers would be delivered by 11am.!11:45 called again to be told by jack that flowers would be with me in 20 minutes.it is 15:35 and still no flowers .I was to go down country with these flowers for my fathers grave on his anniversary.this is disgusting.

Offered an upgrade on my order to include a box of chocolates, as a gesture for being a repeat customer, which I thought was a great touch.
After the initial delivery of flowers were damaged in transit, Josh went out of his way to organise a replacement at no extra cost.
Josh handled everything with professionalism and care.
As a result my Mam received a beautiful bunch of flowers upon her return from holidays.

Flowers should be delivered between 9am and 1pm. Waited until 1:30 and no flowers, they really ruined my girlfriends birthday surprise and ruin my whole day. called twice and no one picked up the phone so I left messages.
The delivery guy called almost at two and he was very rude aswell, no apologies from nobody.
Don麓t buy from them!!!
