Ordered 100 Followers and didn't receive any!

Followfans.com is a complete scam!! do not believe what they say on followreview.org they own the domain!!!! they crooks. I have reported them to be investigated, as well as reported to Paypal.

They are a bunch of crooks! I ordered the 5K followers for 68$ but didn't get anything. I tried to contact them via their customer service form and several emails but no reply at all

SCAM SCAM SCAM! I ordered 5k followers and never received any followers at all. Contacted customer support and never got a reply. They dont answer emails or send followers anymore. Dead site. Scam scam scam. Do Not Purchase

Did not deliver my order. Unresponsive to emails about a refund, they are THIEVES and a SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Unresponsive to emails and did not deliver any followers. I would go somewhere else.

They say on their website, that they offer a 30 day refund policy.
I wrote a mail to them, the day after I received my followers, asking them to remove my followers, and give me the refund. The followers weren't of high quality, as promised.
They haven't responded in 9 days now, and my money is gone.

Stay away from these scammers – they don't own a conscience!

I purchased 1500 followers on July 12 and it said it would be here in 14 hours. So I waited. And I waited until 24 hours had passed. I sent them an email to ask about changing my ratio and the Instagram updates, but I got no reply. So now I have spent 30 dollars for nothing. I do not recommend.

Got 3k after 48 hours but within 24 hours 1k have gone and they dont respond to emails…. dont use

I have to edit my original review because followfans reported it and trustpilot promptly took it offline without hearing my side. So here is my updated review, without the words that inexplicably got flagged. Hopefully this one will be kept online so that I could warn potential customers.

I Got fooled by followfans because of the numerous positive reviews in different review sites, including this one. Oh sure, I got the 1000 followers I purchased, but contrary to what they say on their website these followers aren't "high quality active followers". They do not look like real followers from English speaking countries. I checked their profiles one by one and it's the usual bots or followers from arab countries that you get from other sites at a much cheaper price. I didn't mind the huge price difference because they said these were active followers. Heck i wouldn't mind the fact that the followers they gave me were bots as long as they are active. Lo and behold, those followers do not automatically like my posts. This is false advertising plain and simple. What's worse, i tried contacting them many times and not once did they ever reply. They're right about one thing though, you can pay via Paypal which offers purchase protection. When I elevated my complaint to Paypal they promptly decided in my favor because followfans doesn't reply to them either. (I have proof in case my review is flagged as spam, like my other negative review on another company). You have to doubt all these positive reviews consisting of single sentences from accounts who've only made 1-2 reviews.

The story does not end there. After submitting my original review, i FINALLY got a reply from followfans. So it had to take a negative review to get their attention? They said they are willing to give me a refund AS LONG AS I DELETE MY ORIGINAL REVIEW. Wow, no wonder there's mostly positive reviews on here. The negative ones are reported, while some of those negative reviews were probably deleted with the promise of a refund. I ignored their email because I'd rather expose this company for what they are and I hope Trustpilot would decide to take my side on this, A LEGITIMATE CONSUMER, instead of a dishonest company.

UPDATE (May 19, 2019): And once again my review has been taken down. I don't know how long it has been hidden since Trustpilot didn't even bother contacting me this time. Thank you Trustpilot for taking the side of this Fraudulent company once again!

I decided to check on my review because I just received an email from Eric threatening me with legal action unless I delete this– a genuine, legitimate review based on my experience dealing with them. The email even included my contact details, which I dunno, probably serves as a threat. I am capable of counter suing so I called their bluff. Now Eric changed his threat. He now threatens to post my personal information (full name and complete address) online. Such class.

I paid for 3,000 followers on my personal account, and I paid for 2,000 followers on my business account. I started receiving followers maybe 24 hours after I purchased them, and within literally ONE HOUR after receiving the followers they started to drop like flies. I鈥檝e lost about 450 followers in less than an hour on BOTH accounts. And the number keeps dropping…..not to mention all of my 鈥渇ollowers鈥?are foreign, not American like they promised.

Take your time and money elsewhere. Highly do not recommend

Just ordered with Followfans and I am so glad I did. Started to receive followers 3 hours after I paid, and they look real that I almost thought they were. Eric was so helpful in explaining that many sites pretend to sell real followers, however Followfans is more honest in their approach and I really like that about them. 5 stars!

I鈥檓 a long term customer of Followfans and have made many repeat purchases. They are great followers that I haven鈥檛 been able to find with other websites. They provide replacement of any followers that drop off, which happens with any provider after about a year.

Support is very helpful (Eric I believe) in making sure that you have all your questions answered. Followers started coming after about 6 hours and they look great. I get so excited seeing all the followers come in.

Quality of followers is very good for the price. Slightly more expensive than other sites but it does mean your profile looks real.

Eric has asked me to leave a review. I can only speak for myself but I found the followers are very good quality they look legitimately real. Perhaps some people had a bad experience in the past but I myself ordered 1000 and got exactly what I was looking for. Combined automatic likes with the process and makes it very good value compared to the other sites I checked.

Eric was very helpful in helping us grow our profile organically. I gained followers that look very good on my account and am happy with my order!
