I purchased this software as it promised great potential to fix my iPhone 7 Plus stuck on Apple logo. Tried the free trial which failed and it recommended advanced recovery in the paid version (of course it would). Briefly looking at the websites 鈥?0 day money back guarantee鈥?I took the risk and purchased. What a mistake!! After numerous attempts in DFU mode , recovery mode all the recommendation from their site it just failed to recover phone. Alas I resigned to the fact that there may be a hardware fault. I thought 鈥渙h well at least I can get a refund鈥? I thought wrong, their support is extremely unhelpful and they certainly DO NOT put the customer first as claimed on the website. At this point they are refusing to provide a refund for a product that fails to do anything close to repairing this iOS device. Many bold claims on their site which turn out to be empty promises. On closer examination there refund policy is atrocious, you can only get a refund if you mistakenly bough twice or wrong product form their site and this must be done within 48hrs ….. so not really a 30 day money back guarantee then! Starting to think this might be scam-ware.

My Samsung S6 died only showing a black screen and a green LED. It didn't react to any button combinations (e.g., Pwr, Vol+, Home). I just wanted to get my data (photos, contacts, conversations). So, I tried the free version of fonelab, which didn't work. I then purchased a license and the full version didn't work either. Contacted the support, submitted a dump file, but never received any guidance on what to do. I was only asked whether my PC recognized the phone. Stupid question: I wouldn't have needed their software in the first place if I could connect to the phone's hard drive with my PC… Asked for a refund because their software didn't do anything. The request for refund was denied. Pretty expensive for 3 slides of instructions on what key combinations to try … Just a big fraud…

I was directed to fonelab Newmarket by Samsung customer service when I reported a startup loop error with our S2 tablet. Fonelab ran diagnostics of our tablet and determined that it need the motherboard replaced and they would need to send it to Samsung to be repaired under warranty. They then indicated that they required a $45 deposit to cover shipping incase Samsung determined the warranty was voided for any reason. I was told the $45 would be refunded as long as it was under warranty. It was, they fixed it and returned it to Fonelab. When I went in to pick up the tablet I was told the $45 was not refundable and I SHOULD HAVE REQUESTED A SHIPPING LABEL from Samsung. None of this appears to be very client centric and when I called Samsung client service about this they informed me that the store (fonelab) policy was to charge the shipping to the client and there was nothing they could do about it….I then informed them that even though I currently own 8 Samsung products I would not be ever buying a Samsung product again. No response so that is where I am, when my phones, tablets, tv's, washer and dryer require replacing it won't be with Samsung products.

I downloaded the fully paid version of their software and it did not work. I corresponded with them multiple times about this and they just strung me along with excuses and delaying tactics. Eventually I gave up trying to get them to admit that their produce was junk and get a refund. The product was made by Aiseesoft and sold by Fonelab.
