I made an order from an Instagram ad 1 month ago and yet to receive my kids basketball rim. I get no response by email and hope one day they get caught.

Appalling customer service, they would not give me a return address after 4 email requests. They then stated ……
鈥淪orry, madam, due to the trouble of returning the goods, you need to bear the return shipping fee and the returned goods will not affect our secondary sales. The shipping cost is more expensive and the time is longer.鈥?then offered 20% discount on another order. The items marked XL were more like XS
and they took 2 months to arrive. Considering the lack of quality they were horrendously overpriced too.

This company DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! Purchased item from 10 Aug and it's already 7 October, I have yet to receive my item!! Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are such a scam!!

Placed an order on base of their instagram ads through Paybal since that time I am waiting for delivery but after two months they didn鈥檛 deliver it yet. I emailed them many time to cancel and refund it but they even didn鈥檛 responded to me! Definitely It鈥檚 a scam don鈥檛 shop anything from this Fraudulent!!

Horrible!!! I ordered bras from them, followed the size chart and what should have fit a DDD arrived 2 months after they said it shipped, in what would be a A cup. Filed a complaint with PayPal with offer to refund if I pay to ship them to China, which will cost more than I paid!

I purchase some lips and never receive them. Dont buy from them

I purchased a flat iron through this company in May. Started emailing in June about item. All through July I emailed and the response was generated each time they will get back to me. Started august emailing then they said I got my item. If my item was delivered why would I have been emailing before and after the date they say I got it. This company has gotten rich on scamming people in a pandemic. Stealing from hard working American people. I don't think this person Anne Mu is real. This company is stealing from people and there nothing I can do. SCAMMER COMPANY. THIEVES TAKING ADVANTAGE AT THIS TIME. ANNE MU YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING. Fonsany is a scam please dont spend any money with this fake company. They used a company called K&M on instagram to seem like a company in this country. They are not. Dont be fooled. I sure wont be.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered 6X, I got 1-6X and 2-5X and they are so small they fit my 11 year old granddaughter. It took over 2 months to get my order and customer service is a joke.

They don't even deserve a one star. Bought bras size XL and they sent me 3X. What the heck am I suppose to do with those. Contacted them and they said they would send me the correct size but I have to pay the delivery charge to send the wrong ones back. It costs almost as much as the bras. I hope paypal will be able to help me out.

These people are nothing but scammers, I order the anti sagging bra from April I.emailed.them then they say because of Covid, then they send me.an.email in june saying it was delivered it was later I realized that they.sent it to the wrong address totally different zip.code. I emailed them about the problem to date no respond.

I ordered a two set bra and paid via Paypal knowing that I would be covered if anything went wrong, I waited and waited so put a claim in with paypal which then the company sent a tracking number so paypal closed case in favour of them, a few days later they arrived but no good as they were only big enough for a Sindy Doll, so then the covid hit us and we are all in lock-down, but I managed to send the package back with tracking cost 拢15, they have received the package back but no refund given, I tried Paypal again but time is too long between receiving and returning, not bothered about lock-down so I am now out of pocket by a lot of money….!!

Ordered bras june 8th…contacted them and they told me to be patient as my order has shipped….july 19th…no bras and they wont respond to my request for tracking info. If i knew they were coming from China, i wouldve never ordered. Calling my bank to reverse the charges

Took over 4 months to come and then every bra was soaking wet, dripping with water and growing mould…had to throw away due to risk of illness from whatever was in the water and now they say they won't refund unless I send them back…even if I had them Australia post and customs wouldn't let them be posted.

Still have not received bras. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Same experience as everyone else. Purchased 2 items 5/25/20 via Facebook add. Waited 30 days and still no items, or email regarding my order. I disputed the transaction via Paypal and received a response today form the seller stating my items will be received with no date of arrival. I demanded a refund. Nothing should take this long. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow and opening a claim via Paypal. This is a total scam!!!! These items were a gift and now I have to start over.

I ordered 3 anti sagging wirefree bras April 29th still have not received them I emailed them an said they been shipped still nothing I am about to dispute the transaction

I ordered a 3 bra set on April 6th and have yet to receive them. In reading the previous reviews, I didn't find one that was even close to positive. I wish that I had read the reviews first.
Note to self: READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!

I made an order in May for 3 bras. i never received my bras, Can't get through through email or phone call. Don't order anything from them.

I wish I could give this company less than 1 star, it is so bad. I ordered 2 sets of neck gaiters/masks from them via PayPal and a Facebook ad. Have never received an email confirming order from them, only the email from PP stating I had made the purchase and they had paid my money to Fonsany.com. I have emailed them at "service @ fonsany.com" every week now for 9 weeks with no response at all. I am currently on the phone with my bank trying to recoup my money. Please be aware!

I placed an order May 14th and I'm still waiting. I got a tracking number and low and behold the item can't be tracked. I believe this is a scam and my bank is investigating

This company is a complete scam. They process your order. Send you a tracking number. Never send the product. And come up with all the excuses as to why they cannot give you a refund. I ordered on 3.28.20. Still have not received my order mind you shipping was 10-15 days. Well over right. ANNE SAYS IT AINT HER BUSINESS SHE SHIPPED IT AND I MUST WAIT FOR IT TO ARRIVE. ANNE IS THE ONLY PERSON WHO WILL REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES. Anne kept lying saying it was shipped in early April but the tracking number showed nothing. May 6 a label was miraculously created and it had no movement since May 8 on both actual tracking sites with both numbers but on fonsany site it conveniently says it is in a los Angeles Airport as of 5.23.20. Now I find this strange because how in the world would you know where the package is before the carrier. Mind you I have contacted USPS which has never received the package like the tracking number shows.

This company is a rip off, i been waiting for a month now ,i purchases the 3 Bras, i don't know whyi didn't do my research 1st, a lesson learned, they lie and tell you it's shipped and on the way and tjen turn around and say that your order was delivered, i can't with these scammers, NEVER AGAIN

Placed an order last year with this comp but did not get it wrote several emails no contact or response. They ignored me like it never happened.No refund so I just considered it a loss and wrote negative review.Just last week I found out the package went to my daughter house last year and she put it to the side and forgot to tell me.So it did arrive on time but I have yet to see it as corona prevented mt from going there in March as expected.Of course I didn't realize I put that address but they never tried to find out or answer my request .Very poor customer service this all could have been avoided.Will certainly not use this comp again.
