Placed an order on 12/02/2020, my credit card was debited 13/02/2020 Arsenal.com. No confirmation of the order or invoice was sent via email. When I made an inquiry after not receiving the good (after 3 weeks) I have been told they can't find any order. Even sending a screenshot of the payment detail with the transaction reference number!!. This company is not worth spending your hard-earned money. Home Shopping Arsenal.com is very quick in collecting online payments but also they very professional in losing order and making excuses.
…I have missed having a note that after a few emails I did get an "Apology" as this is a zero cost.
While writing this I am still waiting for the order.

Ordered a custom Man Utd jersey and was delivered on time. But they messed up the spelling of my name.
They did not understand the difference between an uppercase 'I' and lowercase 'L'
They spelled my name as 'LJAZ' when it should have been 'IJAZ'
What angered me more was their refusal to reply to emails and chats and calls.
Dreadful service. For $35 I spent, I am expecting better.
Really was excited when I ordered and wanted to let my 10000+ followers on social media know about them but now I will have to let them know how bad their service is.

Edit: I bumped my rating up from 1 star to 3.
They did reply after multiple attempts and refunded $8. Now that my initial anger has subsided I have to admit that the quality and detailing on the jersey is pretty impressive.

order a shirt 6 weeks ago and still not arrived. Refusing to answer any emails I send, so I have lost my money !!

Bought a real madrid top from here. Lovely packaging. Great quality and my son was super happy! Would buy again.
