I placed an order for Glerups slippers around noon yesterday and they arrived today in the UK from Sweden…

And they were more affordable from Footways than from anywhere else; just like a superhero, pow馃挜

I will be back to sort out everyone鈥檚 Christmas slippers; they'll be grateful it's not a Christmas jumper…

After some initial hesitation, I did order my first pair of shoes from footway nevertheless. And boy, what a good choice. I had ordered them on Sunday and received them on Tuesday. And you could even return the shoes without charge. However, you might want to reconsider that as – depending on your location – the shoes will be returned to Sweden. From now on, I will definitely order my shoes on footway. Thank you very much for this positive experience.

I am beyond words IMPRESSED and AMAZED with this company!!! We ordered shoes on Sunday and they are here in less than 48 hours! The packaging was beautiful, there was a full DHL tracking each step of the way and we couldn't be HAPPIER! Thank you Footway! To be truthful, I was skeptcial about ordering because they offered these Rockport Men's shoes for nearly 40 Euros less than the competition?!?!?! A sour experience ….

While Footway's website and competitive pricing has lead me to purchase a pair of Doc marten boots , I am now wondering where on earth they are.
As they use DHL express I have tried over the last 2 days to keep an eye on my parcel, and no updates have been logged. And their customer service is impossible to get through to.
As far as the tracking goes the boots are still in Sweden even though Footway's confirmation email stated I could expect them by today.

What started as a fantastic shopping experience has now started to turn sour
and leaves me at risk of not having the boots in time for an important event

Footway sells products from well-known brands at prices you pay elsewhere. The transaction and the service, however, is much better (for me the best) than anywhere else. The customer service is absolute top, no incompetent call center but helpful, competent and friendly people with decision-making authority. This is how an online shop has to be!

After sending me only one of two pairs of shoes in an undamaged package in the size of one shoebox it is getting really weird, it is not their fault of course, as soon as they find out how the second shoe box disappeared
out of a package in the size of one shoebox they can refund.
Their customer service is the opinion of the shipping service or I must have stolen the second pair of shoes, SLIPPERS WORTH 45鈧?!!!

It only took them 7 days to find out that there was a second parcel with the second pair of shoes that was not delivered to me!

Incredibly wary at first buying from an online company I had never heard of, but after reading the reviews I decided to take the risk to which I'm so glad a did as the shoes arrived within a day, were much cheaper than anywhere else and 100% genuine. Will certainly be using doorway again.

I'm quick to write negative reviews so I thought I'd come on here quick to do the opposite about footway. Not a lot to say really, I found the pair of trainers I was looking for they was a tenner less than anywhere else I will say they arrived a day late but that was DHL's fault but honestly once they arrived they looked better than they looked online and they are a perfect fit.

I was a bit afraid if ordered Loakes 1880 are going to be genuine after reading reports of fakes over here. I even confirmed it with Loake's customer service. And all is fine. I bought here a pair of Loake 1880 boots at ~60% discount from other retailers. That is sweet. Shipment was superb fast. Satisfied, but please be open on some blog about the allegations. So it could be verified.

Warning footway has so many review page as they know they are selling counterfeit, we are dealing with the action on this company, as people think they are buying real banded shoes. But if you recheck your shoes you will see it counterfeit. Their site is going to be closed down . Don't buy from.
I had return the boots ,seller refund me in full. But it shouldn鈥檛 be the case if they wasn鈥檛 faux

Yesterday I ordered schoes, paid ahead, I got confirmation od my order no 1200041515. Unfortunately nothing happened til now. I didn鈥檛 get any information about delivery. This is weird and concerns me, because i was hoping for quick delivery ( it was written 1-2days), but now I don't know what's on. Would you be so kind and let me know what is happening? I bought a lot of things by internet and never has happened this kind of situation. What鈥檚 more I sent to you in the morning the same question using mail or even Facebook and nothing happened. I don鈥檛 know what I have to think about. I am disappointed it has to be the gift for my friend鈥檚 birthday.

Wrong shoes delivered!
I ordered a pair of shoes for my son's 12th birthday but got something completely different – pink sandals for a baby girl. Now it's too late for his birthday and I have to make the long trip to the post office again – both to return and then hopefully collect the right shoes. Really annoyed. It would have been easier to go to a shop, big disappointment. Once this is sorted I won't order again – and will tell my friends about the hassle. The customer service line closes at 5pm – why so early?
