Best way to sell. Had agents previous who told me I had under valued the house for sale. Within two weeks they wanted to reduce the price to my previous listed price I had with ForSaleByOwner, plus they charge advertising fees of $2,000 plus and then come back for more advertising…"we need to try the newspaper". Relisted with you again (for a minimal fee) and had a contract within two weeks. If I sell again I will definitely selling with you.

The process for listing was very straight forward and support from the team was excellent. In this day and age, the internet is everything when it comes to real estate, making the role of an estate agent less important. You do need to present your home well and take good photos but once that is done, you are in the same position as an agent awaiting calls. Once those calls come, the advantage over an agent continues as you have only one property to present and can be super flexible with arranging viewings, unlike an agent who represents many vendors and has limited availability for showing your home to potential buyers.
