I don't know how this company is allowed to do business in the UK other than no-one has investigated them. It is a complete scam from their proprietary trading platform which is full of "bugs" to deceive customers and misrepresent market data completely right down to their customer service who will reply to you only on the last day FCA allow for a response and will use all types of tricks to close your complete prematurely. COMPLETE SCAM! My mind is blown how this company is being allowed to do business particularly in this economic climate and I pray the FCA and Financial Ombudsman shut them down ASAP before any more people are SCAMMED.

It makes the FCA look bad when they have FCA approved splashed all over their Google and website to trick people into trusting them – such a SCAM!

It took the joint effort of my credit card and a fintech expert company to recoup my lost funds via +(1(3four6twotwo891three6)waatsapp

Unfortunately for them, I am software engineer and so was able to "detect / QA" this "They have a trading scam by rogue proprietary technology" and I have photographic and video evidence of the fraud they perpetrated against me and I will be publishing that information to Youtube and the web to make others aware of this MASSIVE SCAM!

Do not get involved with this company. I decided that I would register on the 8th of January 2020, immediately upon registering I received my first call to get me to deposit funds into my account. I deposited $25000 and was scheduled to have a call with their trainer the following day. After some thought, I decided that I would not progress and withdrew my $25000. That is when the nuisance calls started harassing me on why I withdrew my money.Between 9th January and 12th of January 2020 I have so far received 21 phone calls from numerous 0330 390 numbers and also approximately 10 voicemail calls. As of 12th of January (4 days later) the $25000 has not been credited back onto my credit card.
Update17th January – After I posted this initial review I received a mail from them advising that they had notified all parties that these nuisance calls were to stop, I confirm that they did stop.

However, my money wasn't refunded. But upon the advice of my husband, I reached out to a fintech expert: [Recoveryloop.tech_ they helped me file a chargeback.

Afterwards, I also received confirmation that my money was being refunded, I can confirm that my refund of $25000 was paid into my account on the 15th of February

I see no evidence of any advice here at all – just an automated bot that tries to get you to sign up with a broker for this site to receive a kickback, and reviews that might be useful for seasoned traders, none of whom would ever read this site.

I made the mistake of investing with FXTM who I believe to either be criminal or incredibly stupid as now I have seen Trustpilot I can see that most of their reviews are just by their own staff and they are obviously scammers.

The site is hosted through CloudFlare to remain untraceable and at no point do they mention how many people have been scammed by 'brokers' such as FXTM who are at the top of their lists – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
