I rate Foxgay as C- due to increased risk for "potential unwanted programs." Rationale for this assessment is due to frequent –and I mean more than 40% of the time–that response viewer receives when selecting a video is "Screenshot_Pornhub_Complaint_Frequent occurrences_Error This video is not available at this time try again later_2015-06-30 15.27.13"
The frequency of this occurrence indicates to me –as a information assurance professional–that the architecture is inadequate to support all the videos, that there is/may be inadequate quality assurance review of videos or videos which viewers experience viewing problems and as a result that there is inadequate staffing at Foxgay to attend to these normal O&M[aintenace] actions.
