Delivery was on time. I trusted this site because my niece works for a biotach/medical supply company and told me FLS is a "trusted source." There are so many scammers out there and was afraid to trust any of them for KN95 masks until my niece informed me about Foxx. Will definitely order again and recommend to friends and family.

I ordered a product that turned out not to be the right fit for my needs. Maura and Amber facilitated an easy return for this product. Note: There was a restocking fee on this item, but it was still worth it to me to return it. I appreciate the great customer service.

Quick delivery, quality masks.

The masks came quickly, which right now is an exceptional feat. I was pleased with the quality and the individual packaging.

I was going to provide 2 stars, due to my expectation that the masks were manufactured by FLS (made in China), but feel like that鈥檚 my fault for not ensuring made in USA. Price is ok, but cheaper KN95 versions available on Amazon. I was willing to pay a premium for a made in USA label, so was disappointed overall.

Very slow to ship.

The order showed delivered at door. It鈥檚 a Post Office. I didn鈥檛 realize you were sending fedex. I鈥檝e been to Post office and nothing was delivered. Tracking shows left at front door.

I am really happy with the products but unfortunately my experience with Foxx's customer service was very disappointing.

I order 4 units of 4L+1L VacTrap and received only 1 unit without any explanation of what the status of the other 3 units was. To find out when the rest of the order will be delivered, I had to call Foxx almost every day for two weeks. Every time I called, I was promised to hear back by the end of the day but I didn't hear back 90% of the times and was transferred between different departments/personnel.

Again, I am very satisfied with Foxx's products and hoping that its customer service can be improved as well.

Online shopping and checkout was easy and efficient. Delivery time was a bit too long.

If you work in a lab, you need Foxx's products. For years, my lab wasted time and money before getting Foxx's leak-free spigots. The only carboy spigot I've ever found that does not leak. They also can fit on other carboys, but Foxx rectangular carboys with special caps are highly superb.

Products are top of the line and at a great price-point.

Great product and service!

The website gives no information on lead times or if an item is a stock item or a custom item. I placed an order several weeks ago and they charged our credit card but one of the items turns out to be custom; it's still not here and I have had to contact them for more information. So far, the purchasing experience with this company is pretty poor; however, my end users must want the products.
