I received my new laptop battery relatively quickly (order 100013327) especially considering the current situation (coronavirus). However, my laptop doesn't start without the power cable. The battery isn't recognized in windows 10 and doesn't charge (last version, installed/uninstalled power-related drivers). When I go in the bios, it tells me that the battery has no serial number and was produced in 1980 (which is obviously not the case). I wouldn't recommend the battery at present.
