Dreadful customer service. Don't even answer your complaint properly, just sent me another offer!. Charged twice for delivery, it was not made clear delivery was coming from 2 different places, although that should not have made a difference.
Update_ they have refunded one postage.

My first order and i wasnt dissapointed!. definitely will order again. its just theres lmited stock on the range that i wanted

I didn't even receive my package and I got no where to modify the address. Because I fill in the wrong address, now I have to go to another city to get it.

Waited a little longer for shipping because of COVID but shipping estimate and tracker were accurate so I could follow the journey. Got some samples in my beautifully-packaged box even though the website said I wouldn鈥檛. Thanks Feelunique!

Ordered an item last Saturday and still getting emails saying we still have not dispatched due too been busy ,I鈥檝e ordered an item from look fantastic on Tuesday and the day after it鈥檚 been dispatched ,I know times are busy right now but other companies are still managing too send out items ,it鈥檚 my first time ordering from here never again

Great customer service.

I received a defective product. I have already complained, it has been more than 2 weeks. All they say is that they are investigating but there are no updates on if the product will be replaced or reimbursed. I am extremely unhappy with the customer service.
