Pure rip off. I bought a 90$ Amaf gift set. Turns out the actual price online is $24. They mark up their prices a lot and then give 50% off but that still made the price an absurd amount higher. Just look up how much the fragrances are before you buy. They have good customer services but wouldn鈥檛 recommend buying here.

I placed an order on June 6,2020 . I still do not have my
order as of 9:30AM June 22, 2020. I was told by an employe of Fragrance after a week that it was sent to
FedX on June 7,2020. I have talked to FedX several times and they keeping me it was in transit to USPS on
June 12,2020.I talked with an employe of USPS and they tell me they do not have a record of receiving it
and I should check with the sender. At this moment I am on the phone for the second time waiting for Fragrance to talk with me. For the second time I was the 39th caller. That is strange. I am still waiting now I am number. I have the order number and tracking
number. Still waiting for some at Fragrance to help me

I used to always shop at Fragrance Outlet and I would buy multiple frangrances just to get the best bang for my buck but, man, you guys have really jacked up the prices to ALL YOUR FRANGRANCES. Now, if you include the sale price, you are still paying more for what you can find much, much cheaper from other frangrance stores. You guys have lost yet another customer.

Great deals, great perfumes, great service and amazingly fast delivery. What's not to like about them?

I don't understand why I can't get my military discounts on top of your sales. When I first start going there I would get my military discounts alone with the discount your already have in the store. I don't understand now why I don't get my military discounts on top of your sales in the store.

I purchased both a Marc Jacobs Daisy and a medium size bottle of Clinique Happy on 12/5/19 at the Tanger Outlet in Ohio. Unfortunately the scent for the Clinique Happy is off and very bitter. This is obviously not at fault of the retailer but the manufacturer. What's unfortunate is the stores return policy. You can't return a product after the package has been opened and used. I had to open and use the perfume once to know that the scent wasn't correct.

the clerk was very pleasant and very helpful in picking out new selections and getting old favorites. Great deals to be had and we did lots of Christmas shopping!!

I received my order in days. Mondaine by paris blue smells amazing. The perfume is authentic. Everyone I walk past always ask me for the name of the perfune I'm wearing.
