I haven't bought any product because I'm not sure abut this store. I was ready to do a business w/them but do to this check up I canceled it.

The website for ordering does not work properly, kicks you off and says there are too many re directs. However, your credit card was charged, and you do not receive a confirmation or receipt. And good luck getting someone to answer the phones.

This is the only company I use , good service and helpful on the phone.

This company has serious issues with customer service and very poor delivery service. As a client of theirs I got screwed over once too many times and found myself a new supplier and I have never looked back!

Poor unprofessional service. They have listed the items on line, accept order and payment and than after a few days canceled it, because one of the item a color paint is not available than other item a patch is not going to work with different paint brand. Bulls..t.

I tried the Navy Blue leather recoloring balm on my furniture and it is amazing! I had a few worn spots from where my sweet four legger travels. It was easy to apply and covered amazingly. I am very happy with the product. Time will tell what it looks like as time passes, but so far I rate it a 10!

I ordered their product to redo my convertible top on my Jaguar. All I can say is that it came out amazing. Just using their cleaning product got the top to a 9.5. The paint went on very easily. I put on 6 coats of paint and am just blown away by the difference.
My advice to anyone using this product is to initially only use 4oz of paint for a start as you do not have to use anywhere near what they supply you with. Remember I applied 6 coats and only used 1/4 of the paint applied.
The only con is that it is a bit expensive, especially since you only use a small portion of the supplied product.
All-in-all I give the product 10 out of 10.

The leather repair kit is seriously the best investment I have ever made! I recently purchased a beautiful car that had one flaw- the driver's seat, made of white leather, had a baseball sized spot that the color was completely removed from. It looked like the previous owner took acetone to it. The seats are also perforated and the previous color that had been melted off was gunked up in the holes of the leather.
I took a toothpick to remove the gunk build-up, then mixed up the perfect shade of Furniture Clinic's leather colorant, now I literally can't even tell where the spot was! So absolutely thrilled with this purchase

I ordered the furniture recolor balm. Shipping was quick. The product was so easy to use and the color blended perfectly. Our worn out cushions look fantastic. Did not take much product, and I will have plenty left for future use. I just rubbed it on with an old T-shirt, let it sit a few minutes and then really buffed it good to get the excess off. Was able to sit on it within 30 minutes (none of it came off on us or the pillows)

PURE GARBAGE 鈥︹€︹€?..does NOT work!

Blown away! This product just made our 12 year sofa and chair look brand new. My kids have been beating and scratching our expensive leather furniture for a few years. I was so excited to try the product, I had the balm open within five minutes of receiving it. I was impressed with how fast the leather soaked up the balm and did not leave a residue. I should have bought the cream too, but I have a honey conditioner that I applied afterward that made the leather feel amazing. Great product and company. Thank you so much.

The Leather Repair Kit did above my expectations. I was able to completely repair a two-inch diameter hole, as well as major cracking and peeling. I highly recommend this product.

We used the re-coloring balm in dark brown on a sofa from Old Hickory Tannery and we are blown away by the result! A complete transformation from something that was cat clawed, dry and faded. Definitely something we'll recommend to our customers. Thank you!

waste of time and money.

I son't like to give 1 star to any company but this company don't deserve 1 star as well reasons are below

1) Spent 300 quid for buying colour and other product for colour the sofa
2) Colour is not changed but made it worse
3) before paint I was able to sell my sofa in 拢500
4) After colour sofa is gone to bin
5) Spent at-least 7 -10 days for this hard work
6) End of the 10 days I need to put these sofa in the bin and I bought new sofa
7) Contacted them to get back not used item but they refused
8) even they charge a lot amount for a small product
9) waste of time
10) 500% waste of money
11) Discuss my issue by 28 emails with below employees

This cleaning product destroyed my couch. I cleaned my couch with is general cleaner and it took the finish off the couch and messed up the color. I reach out to the company for help fixing it and got nothing but a lecture as to how I must have done something wrong and good luck fixing it. Very disappointed and out $2.000 on a couch. Product is garbage and customer service is a joke.

I was extremely happy with the ease and results of this product

after several coats of your product on our leather sofa and our love seat your product did not cover completely but even more disappointing is the fact that it did not get absorbed and rubbed right off within just a few days. I was disappointed to say the least.

I ordered on 1/29/18, never received an email that it was on back order, waited and waited contacted them and was told on back order. received order yesterday, 2/21/18

What a great product. I wanted to treat my new sofa just for added protection. This product will give us just that. Love that it doesn't remove the leather smell. We will promote this product.

Wonderful product for rejuvenate tired looking leather from the pet wear and tear on a daily basis. Furniture looks new again

The only thing I can suggest is to redo the application directions. Concerning the hair oil stain on my leather couch dabbing with a cloth was not effective so I applied more to the cloth and continued to dab. Not seeing much coming off onto the cloth I gave up. An hour or two later I noticed the area I was dabbing was clean of the stain. I now applied the remover on the cloth and rubbed it into the leather and waited to find the results. I continued this process until the stain was gone.
A good product if used this way.

The leather re-colouring balm worked like a charm on the scuffed spots on our leather chair. Love it!

The product is amazing! I had a lot of dog and cat scratches, looks so much better. The result was a pleasant surprise

Easy ordering process and quick delivery. Although product is not a miracle worker, it vastly improved the look of my Ivory leather couch.

Absolutely love this stuff! I used it on a little sofa that I was going to take to Goodwill and I now have a new sofa. Works like a charm.
