We received the arbor after a short delay in shipping, it arrived in perfect condition and was easy to assemble. It is and looks very well made and I'm sure it will be greatly enjoyed.

The company accepted my order. It was only when I contacted them to ask when I was likely to receive it, did they say that it was unavailable & unlikely to be available.

Goods not even received yet!!!

I was so pleased to find the exact garden mirrors that I wanted, so I ordered 4 on-line & paid via paypal, however 6 days later I received an email saying the mirrors had not arrived on the lorry & were now no longer available!…very frustrating as I had been bidding on eBay for similar items which I then stopped on finding these mirrors on the site! …..so I'm less than satisfied & impressed; why advertise these items if they are not definitely available…..a total waste of my time!!

Product offered at the lowest price I could find 🙂 Delivery took over a week which is slower than I'd expect, but fortunately we weren't in a hurry for it. A week after receiving the order confirmation email, I emailed the company asking when I would receive the product. I got a reply next day saying it had been shipped the day before (presumably, when they got my email!) and it arrived the next day.

I bought some Gardman solar spotlights from Garden Best Buys and enjoyed speedy service, friendly and helpful staff and a good product.

Web page easy to find, use and order from. Great prices and delivery was within a few days. I would order again and recommend this company.

I purchased some bird feeders from this website as it was the cheapest i could find, only just though. Anyway, after purchasing, i decided to go back on the website to check the delivery times as i hadn't heard anything for a couple of days since the confirmation email. When i did this, Google bought up lots of searches & i accidently clicked on the Trustpilot link to the website's feedback from previous customers, then i started to worry! I thought, oh no, that is just like me, not hearing anything since purchase! So i decided to email the company just to ask when my order would be dispatched, thinking i probably wouldn't get a reply, but to my surprise, they did reply after only about an hour, to say my parcel had been dispatched the day before, ok, well that was good, but why hadn't i been told this? I then responded asking which courier would be delivering the parcel & if there was a tracking number, they got back to me, it took a bit longer this time but they did reply with the courier (DPD) & the tracking number. I tracked the parcel on the DPD website, & the parcel was showing as being out for delivery that same day, but by MyHermes courier which i believe is a carrier for DPD, so a bit confusing! My parcel did arrive that day & it was all fine & well packed so it was an ok experience, BUT i shouldn't have had to chase them up for information about the dispatch of my parcel, the courier who would be delivering my parcel & ask what the tracking number was, this should be an automatic email which customers get once their order has been dispatched, with all the information which is needed. It would save a lot of time on both parties if this was done as standard, like ALL other companies i have bought from on-line. My advice to this company is GET WITH THE TIMES!! it has put me off buying from you again-sorry!

I ordered 3 liners for planters and had not received them after 10 days so I emailed them to ask where they were. They said they had allocated me 2 and we're waiting stock in on the date that I emailed them (supposedly). Why couldn't they have emailed me to explain that after 10 days waiting without any explanation I was not pleased. In the end they only supplied 2 of the 3 items, which I can understand, it's the lack of communication I am not happy about

After 12 days of waiting for delivery I had to contact the firm. Not only had the items not been dispatched but they were not even in stock and they didn't know when new stock would arrive. No notification or update on my order. They did however repay my Paypal account promptly.

I placed an order at the time of me ordering my items were in stock, The reason I was a little disapointed is I was not contacted about any delay with my order. when I telephoned to check on my order was when I was informed the item's was out of stock. I was asked if I wanted to wait or have a refund.
I took the refund as I wanted the Item's quickly, and the refund was issued that day, also the lady I spoke to was helpful and very polite.

Very impressed with the quality of this product. Will definitely be ordering more 🙂 Quick efficient delivery.

Bought these to fight off the jackdaws, seem to work at the moment but they completely fall apart when u re fill them so wouldnt buy them again

Purchased a garden arbour described as " Oak" which I believed to be the type of wood used to produce it but it is only oak coloured on a soft wood which meant it is not as solid or will not be as hard wearing as I would have expected from the product description. The other problem was with delivery , it was delivered by one man and a lorry which meant my husband was expected to help bring the item to our home as one man would not have been able to deliver such a heavy and bulky item and my husband has a bad back, so not very sensible.

Gardman Wind swept tree wall art and Gardman Grand Central Station clock both purchased to enhance our outdoor patio area. Pleased with the quality of both items, the wind swept tree being particularly eye catching. Perfect for our requirements. Ordered 5pm on Wednesday, arrived mid-day following Thursday. Both pieces compliment the Gardman Sun and Moon wall art we already have displayed on the patio. Would definitely use Gardenbestbuys again.

asking where my parcel was and said it had been delivered which it had not, but on sunday night a neighbor deliverd the parcel which had been left in there back garden they had left the gate wide open and left no delivery note at my address

Very pleased with the patio door mats. It is very hard to find ones that are normal depth to a normal door mat and I was not disappointed. These are perfect.
