Delivery driver was so helpful with the unloading , really friendly and chatty.

Receive my 18 2.4 softwood sleepers. All in excellent shape on the day it was planned. Cheaper than most and very good quality.

27 brown treated sleepers delivered today. Was worried that the delivery company hadn鈥檛 been in touch so at 3pm I tracked down a telephone number for gardoo (鈥?44 333 207 0440鈥?.

They reassured me that the delivery was on its way. It turned up a couple of hours later. The driver helped us unload and the sleepers are exactly as described 🙂

Purchased Brown sleepers to carry on with landscaping started last year using Gardoo brown sleepers. The sleepers that have turned up look like unstained softwood with signs of green treatment over them. Customer services took 24 hours to respond and state that the pictures I sent them look like their current batch of 鈥渂rown鈥?sleepers! I have no comeback as they use the disclaimer regarding colour variations etc.

Credit where credit is due, after some patient emailing back and forth with customer services, a compromise and an apology has been made for a delivery error. I have used this company twice now and although there have been issues on both occasions I would use them again which is about as fair a review as I can give them.

I have received my order today it was spot on sleepers in good condition, the delivery company used was spot on, he rang 15 mins before hand to say he was on his way and once here he helped unload. Cant fault them.at all. Will order again if I ever need more sleepers.

This appears a shambles of a company.
My order was incorrect and missing sleepers as ordered.
The brown sleepers are a range of colours between dark brown and natural wood (i.e. forgotten to stain entirely).
A handful of the sleepers have been damaged – chunks of wood have split off. I am considering replacements using a different company.
I was not satisfied with the customer service and responses.

Do not buy sleepers from this company, i had one warp to the extent that it was scrap and they didn't care, just said all issues have to be reported within 30 days of delivery, when mine were delivered they were soaking wet, now i have let them dry out one is good for the bin and about 75mm bent at the centre when laid flat, luckily it hasn't been fitted to the garden yet, if it had of done it would have destroyed it.

Would have been 5 stars but the delivery method was a bit fraught. The vehicle broke down apparently and they could not deliver on the Friday but they did call me and the lady on the phone was very apologetic. The delivery was re-scheduled for the next day but there was a few issues getting the sleepers out of the truck as they had been put into a truck 2.3m wide at the door and the sleepers were 2.4m and because they had been in the rain all night they were really heavy. Moving 31 x 8 foot soaked sleepers was not for the faint hearted but a good workout. The driver managed to get them half way to the garden on the pallet truck until it became stuck in the grass and then myself and another family member carried them the rest of the way. The sleepers themselves were as advertised and already made into some nice raised flower beds. Even with the delivery issue I would still use again I think.

Quick delivery, good value, good quality. What's not to like.

Ordered over 拢500 worth of sleepers. They arrived on the specified date and all were of excellent quality.

Sleepers were due to delivered Friday. I took a day off and no sign of delivery, no phone call, message, email anything. I am self employed so lost a days income. Our whole weekend was ruined as we were planning to build the beds with the sleepers.

I couldn't get hold of Gardoo until Monday and then I was told they would be delivered Wednesday morning. I am still waiting and no sign of them. I am trying to get through to them, but the phone lines are constantly busy – they are not replying to emails, extremely poor customer service.

I know don't know where my sleepers are, or how I get a refund!!!

I really can鈥檛 believe how bad this service is! Paid a lot of money for a Saturday delivery, have paid help here waiting to build my garden and no sleepers arrived and no word from the company or delivery company. There is no number at all to contact them either

I have an entire garden ready to build but it was dependent on the sleepers arriving. Even Wickes managed to get a complete order together.

I receive better customer care from suppliers shipping tat from China. For the high value of this order and premium paid for delivery, I expect attentive and clear information, rather than no information.

I expect a company delivering on a weekend to monitor those deliveries and have somebody on hand.

My Bank Holiday project has been ruined also. It will take a miracle for this to be resolved well.

NO DELIVERY – 0/5 stars

How can I review a product that didn't show up? No communication, no warning, no explanation just no delivery. I waited until the day after delivery was due to write this review in case the order showed up first thing today, but no.

This has cost me a days work waiting in for the no show delivery and fouled up the bank holiday plans of the guys who were going to help me over the weekend with the project.

Bitterly disappointed and very poor customer service.

Product brilliant and so is the price let down by a very poor delivery service, took nearly an hour to unload forty four 2.4 metre sleepers after phone calls to Gardoo and discussions which ended with a full on argument with the driver who refused to assist, sleepers were stacked on the truck incorrectly so when he tried to get them on the tail lift they were too wide to get out of the rear of the truck, eventually after some time he realised that ultimately they needed to be removed, he moved the sleepers on the lorry to get them out sideways and I carted them into the garden, no issue with hard graft but not with hard work with a delivery company who don't meet what gardoo say.

Ordered 12 sleepers which arrived promptly and in excellent condition. Asked for planed and beveled and was surprised at the quality of these. They were cheaper than any suppliers locally even with delivery costs and I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again. Happy to give a 5 star rating.

Ordered some sleepers.

One issue is that you have to be around to offload them as the delivery firm will not do so, so can be somewhat inconvenient.

On the other hand I put in the wrong delivery address and they were able to quickly re-direct, at no additional cost, which was excellent.

Sleepers also of good quality, so all good.

Would use again in an instant the things we brought were in great condition and delivered on time.
