I ordered a fish as a gift for my friends in Germany. It was my first experience with an online order of a living fish, and we all were a bit nervous. But the delivery was flawless and everyone at Garnelio was very helpful. The beautiful beta successfully adapted and is now the family's belowed pet. Thank you Garnelio team!

1) It should be more wonderful if the Website could be at least in English.

2) It should be a lot more wonderful if the express sending sytem out of Germany was 100% safe.

3) It should be easier to know who is who in each plastic bag or box by numbering each item according to the number of each item on the invoice.

Fraudsters…
We had 2 professional orders placed on Amazon.
First order 402-3955301-9269138 has never been delivered cause quarantine. For save the lives of crevettes, I picked up my order in Post Warehause after 11 days of waiting (130 km round trip). 2 crevettes was dead (from 10)
For avoid the same problem, I asked Galnelio to send my second order
171-1192228-4917941 by DHL Express service and gave them account number with labels. Nothing changed.
3 days before shipment I asked them in facebook, on Amazon, on Garnelio.de and in email changing with Felix.
I warned them what shipment will refused – they asked me accept it and promiced to find a solution for solve communication problem.
Never trust these liars: I accept their apology and accepted my parcel.
Finally: a lot of dead crevettes, missed crevettes – it's terrible. I send them the photos – no more replies. They must be closed.

he shrimps were sent with DHL like they were objects. On the package, it wasn't even written that there were living animals inside. Two days after Garnelio prepared the package for shipping, DHL hadn't picked up the package yet. So I asked the store to cancel my order, because I was afraid the shrimps would suffer and die if they remained in the box for too long. They didn't. I received the package after 6 days. Of 10 shrimps, 4 survived. I also found one corpse and one head. The other 4 had been completely eaten, I guess. They were 6 days in complete darkness, closed in a bag without food. I am surprised it is allowed to send animals under these conditions. They say, "Lebendankunft garantiert", but that's BS since it entirely depends on DHL. I hope I will at least get a refund.

Fast delivery, healthy shrimp. My tank was still being cycled with around 5 ppm nitrite level, and they still made it through. I even got some additional baby shrimp in the bag. 😀

the shipment has been very fast. shrimps arrived all alive and healtly anyway two of them died the day after i put them in to my tank. now i got three of them swimming in to my aquarium and it seems they are doing fine. i understand that things like this may appen specially because our water parameters are different that yours. even though i can consider satisfied.

I was very happy to find such a great online shop. Once the order (plants, shells and snails) was ready to be shipped, it was very fast delivered to Spain in very good conditions. Great customer service too during the whole buying process.

Please note that I've also lowered the grade as half of the orange shrimps ordered died withing 2 days despite the watter being tested clean and other fishes and shrimps in perfect health.

Great service! I ordered online a few days before Easter. Garnelio contacted me to warn me they prefered not to ship immediately to avoid delay of the shipment because of the holidays. My order contained shrimps, so I was glad they thought of that. Great communication as well! My shipment arrived 2 days after it has been shipped (destination: Belgium). Amongst the shrimps 2 pregnant females and lots of babies born during the shipment 🙂

Amazing service quality! I had an issue with my shrimp delivery, the team sorted it out very quickly without going through an infinity of emails etc. They were very effective and professionnal.
The shrimps were absolutely amazing, as beautiful as pictured on their website. Overall very happy, I would recommend anyone to order with Garnelio!
