I ordered cat headphones on Nov 27th, for my GF for Christmas on Dec 2 I received an email stating that it was on its way, I have since dealt with "Carol" over 15 times, first she gave me the wrong tracking number, then she said sorry, be patient it is in transit due to inclement weather it is taking longer, now she is telling me to calm down as it takes time.

We don't have any idea how long to shipped.
Due to the volume of orders we are receiving, we are setting our customer's expectation correctly that orders may take longer to be dispatched and/or delivered.
We want to speed up the shipping but because of barring any issues with custom inspections and bad weather, sometimes the shipment delayed.
But we can assure to our customer that it's moving on as fast.

Hi Carol,

i am getting concerned as it has been quite a long time since my purchase. My ear phones were ordered on November 27th, 2016 and the email said upto 6 weeks delivery it has now been 8 weeks and I still haven't received the ear phones. The tracking system still shows that the parcel is in transit but that it hasn't changed since you first sent it to me.

Hi Carol,

I think there is a HUGE problem. When I track the ear phones it shows they are out for delivery in PA. This order was supposed to be shipped to Perth – Andover NB which is an 11 hour drive from PA.

Please tell me where my ear phones are.

so now it's showing that it was sent 25 days after the email I received saying it was sent? The package is obviously lost in transit are you going to either send out a new pair rush delivery or refund my money? if neither I am going to have no choice but to file a claim with my credit card.

What do you mean calm down. for the past 3 months you have said my ear phones are in transit, now it's too late to do a charge back on my credit card. Seems to me that Gear Eden is just stealing money. The post office DOESN'T have my ear phones, yet Gear Eden has my money. I am tired of waiting send me my ear phones and stop acting like they were sent already.

No response no headphones. No recourse to get money back. They are thieves and I will make sure that everyone I speak with knows not to purchase from them.

I ordered a pair of cat headphones for a Christmas present on November 20th. When I received my tracking number in the beginning of December, it made to a process facility on 12-13-16. IT HASN'T MOVED SINCE (I'm writing this on 2-3-17)!!! I've read a few comments from people in the same predicament, saying that the tracking numbers are fake. AVOID!!! Also, their Facebook account, where they did a ton of advertising around the holidays, has been removed. Coincidence???

On 20 November 2016, I ordered a pair of "Cat Ear Headphones" for my niece for Christmas. After receiving an email on 2 December 2016 stating my order had shipped, I went to the package tracking on usps.com and got a message saying invalid tracking number. After hounding them for weeks, I finally got a reply (2 January 2017) blaming the inclement weather for delaying my package from arriving. It is now 27 January 2017, over 2 months since I ordered, and still no package. Luckily I paid with PayPal and was able to file a claim with them and PayPal found in my favor after reviewing all the information GearEden.com provided them and credited my account the amount of my loss.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AS THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU'LL NEVER GET YOUR ORDER!!!

I ordered my daughter Cat Headphones on December 12th 2016, and today is January 26th 2017 and still no headphones!
I have reported them to PayPal to get my $$ back, except they provided PayPal with a "tracking number" and I say that with quotations because the number is crap! It's a lie. It says they were shipped on 1/1/17 from an international carrier I've never heard of and ughh… that's all it says. "China" not a specific locations in china or an estimated delivery date!!

I ordered from Gear Eden on Nov 20, 2016. It is now Jan 17, 2017 and still no package. When they have responded to my emails, all they offer is excuses. Their pathetic tracking system says my package is stuck in China somewhere. They will fill up your inbox with spam as soon as you order from them. I have received between 20-30 spam emails from them since I ordered. They won't send you an email about your order, but they will certainly try to throw more money their way. STAY AWAY FROM GEAR EDEN. I can't say whether or not they are a scam, but you will be fortunate if you ever receive anything you order from them. I am calling my credit card company and having my payment pulled back from them.

I ordered Cat ear Head phones for 36.50 on 12/3/17 for my daughter for Christmas. It was posted that it could take up to 3 weeks to receive the item. IT IS NOW JANUARY 9TH and I still do not have this item. It took a week and a half to receive correspondence from them when I used their online email system and they gave me a fake tracking number saying it was shipped and waiting in China. My card was charged the MINUTE I ordered. I will be disputing the charges and reporting this company.

I ordered from a Facebook feed that my Granddaughter found. She wanted the item for Christmas. It was promised to be here. It's Jan 3rd and it still isn't here. I couldn't track it, so I emailed and they finally told me it was in China. Now they say it is a weather delay which is not their problem! I said I didn't think I should be charged since I had to buy them elsewhere, and they practically insulted me. I actually bought the same item from Amazon for one third of their price and had them at Christmas. I'm not sure they are a legitimate business since my order was being held in customs in China. I would NEVER buy from then again, EVER!

I purchased an item from the above site on Thanksgiving day. The money was taken from my account within the same day. I never received the item I purchased. When I've made attempts to contact the company, it took 4 tries just to receive a "tracking number" which was for their site, not for the postal service. Then all other attempts to contact them for an update on where the item I purchased is are either ignored or I receive a response simply stating "it is in transit". They refuse to do anything about the missing item. I'm still out the money and the purchased item. Which was specifically purchased a month ago as a Christmas gift, to allow enough time to receive it by now.
