So I write back to make sure about the error. Like if they have it in a different colour or something. Received an anser right away that they will try to find the one that I ordered and get back to me.
I wait for 15days for a reply and I write them again. I receive an answer that they have send me an email that there was warehouse error and completely ignore that I wrote them after that…
That being said I reply that yes , I am aware of their original mail but there was further communication that they completely ignore and I want to cancel my order. To which I receive "Ahh sorry" do you want to cancel your order.
Like the worst customer suport I have ever seen. "Ahh sorry" is the start of their email?
I don't have speaker. I am waiting for my refund now. And I waisted 2 weeks waiting.

I go ahead and ask for a refund on the returned items, but almost 5 months later, I still don't have the full refund.
I returned the items back in Juli. They made no contact to me for quite a while. I called them to inquire about it, but was told, that a supervisor had to take a look at it, but he was apparently on vacation and would return the following Monday. A week or so passes the mentioned Monday and still no word. I call them, and here begins the nightmare for real. I get promises after promises on getting my money back, which in part is sent after a while and constant calls from me, but they failed to send the full amount. I continue to contact them after every date they promised to return the money, but I only received pathetic excuses and another date.
I'm still trying to this day.,..
If you order from these guys, pray that whatever you ordered works and you don't have to return any of the items.

Gearspot finally corrected the mistakes and I've now received the entire refund amount. I've changed my rating to 3 stars to reflect the amount of times where they deliver as any store should, but the scars from this experience will stick and can't easily be forgotten. To mention something positive about them in this "mess", they actually setup some decent sales where everything is 30-50% off, which is rare and has to be appreciated.
I will continue to buy from them and update this review as time goes by (hopefully in a positiv direction).

Moreover, when they pick up the phone, they said something like "aah..sorry..we'll give you a 15% discount". I did not receive any discount. The invoice is exactly the same. Let me guess, you forgot. Poor customer service.
I do not recommend this company.
