Sent back some fake AirPods I ordered unused with all the original package and they emailed saying that the return couldn鈥檛 be accepted because of damage and they鈥檝e taken 拢20 of me and bare in mind I鈥檓 only 16 and I work so hard for my cash and now they expect me to pay 拢5 to get these awful quality headphones back! Unbelievable I鈥檓 so disappointed and upset that I鈥檝e literally had 拢20 stolen of me

I have soooo had enough of this company! They have taken so much money from me and send broken stuff, miss stuff out and completely ignore all my emails and phone calls etc. They are the worst company I have EVER dealt with. I have spent well over 拢1,500 over the years on this rubbish website and regret this very much now and wish I had never known it ever existed! If I could give zero stars I would. Beware, the customer service here is NIL, zilch, zero and when they do occasionally get back to you they are rude rude rude!!! Never again!!! Geek gear you are losing good customers because of your rubbish attitude!

They told me I couldn鈥檛 return an item earbuds that tried on and were for half a day When I sent them back and paid for postage they then said there were obvious signs of wear and a single piece of plastic packaging was missing from the box so they wouldn't refund me and I'd have to spend 拢5 to get them back. This Company is a scam I鈥檓 going to report them to trading standards. How are they allowed to take people鈥檚 money like this please don鈥檛 believe all the good reviews on their website I think they actually paid someone to write them. Now they refused to give me a refund at all unbelievable ???

I have just bought from Gear Geek and the quality of the product was awful. There is nowhere i can find to post a review which will be a bad one. No refund and they charged me 拢5 to return a set of earpods which cost a fraction of that in postage. Do not use Gear Geek in my opinion.

Yep agree with all the others on here. Terrible service. Crappy headphones that are huge and would fit a normal adults ear. Never even tried on. Could just tell by looking at them, sent back and they wouldn't refund. DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN

Took my money and ran. Bought my sister's birthday gift here in early August and received a shipping notification two weeks later. Contacted them when I saw the tracking information said "label not yet created" for two weeks. 5 business day support ticket turnaround, which is insane, and still nothing. Contacted them again in October (almost two months now) and will need to report the fraud to my credit card company.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Ordered headphones in the evening for 拢17.99 then stupidly after if orders them I googled the headphones and all other websites were charging 拢6.99, cancelled order the same evening only to get an email the next day saying they can鈥檛 cancel as they are awaiting collection! Well just don鈥檛 allow them to be collected and refund me! Absolute joke of a 鈥榗ompany鈥?
Don鈥檛 buy a thing from them!

Would not recommend @geargeekuk products. I actually think they might be a scam company. Had to tweet them to get their attention, customer service was then quite good, sent another watch as the original one didn't work but unfortunately the second one had the same problem. Total waste of 拢35! They asked me to take the first tweet down as they dealt with the problem, I tweeted them again, being polite but stating that I would not recommend and they鈥檝e blocked me! Cheek!

Appalling customer service. They told me I could return an item (earbuds) that I'd tried on and were far too big for my ears. When I sent them back (and paid for postage) they then said there were obvious signs of wear and a single piece of plastic packaging was missing from the box so they wouldn't refund me and I'd have to spend 拢5 to get them back. There certainly weren't obvious signs of wear and as I'd clearly stated that I'd tried them in the first place when I initially asked if I could return them, and was told I could return them anyway, the fact that they then wouldn't refund me was ridiculous.

They also looked cheap, poorly made and the sound quality was poor.

They have lots of good reviews from a site designed to look like trustpilot but isn't (and which wouldn't let me post a review), and I can only assume they paid someone to write the good reviews because looking at the responses here and the way I was treated, I do not believe they could have received such good reviews otherwise.

Easily a con of a company! How they are allowed to operate baffles me. Just try to return an unwanted item. They will say you have used it just for looking at it and refuse to refund your money. Thieves!

Ordered a 30拢 headset and they sent a crap item which won't work properly. Returned it with additional 5拢 postage and they say it's working fine and can't refund. When I asked them to send it back to check if they really send the same item or not they ask for further 5拢 to return and don't respond. Just a scam Don't buy anything from this company.

Debbie and Leslie are horrible at Customer Service. They were most uninformative, rude people I have ever dealt with. I guess they just deleted my messages because they aren't responding anymore. Makes me want never buy from them ever again.

Horrible company. I ordered 2 specialty boxes from them around a year ago and never recieved my orders. I contacted the customer service and the woman that helped me that time stated that they were "damaged" in shipping.

Now, she did send me 2 new boxes. I got them around 3 months late. The upsetting part was that nothing additional was done to try and keep me as a client. No extra items or coupons or anything.

So this last November, I decided to order 2 of the festive boxes for my sister and myself for Christmas. By 12/20 they still hadn't shown so I emailed them again.

This time, I get Debbie. She obviously didn't read my whole email as I clearly stated that I never recieved an order number, but her 1st email to me asked for the number….

I then found the paypal invoice information and sent that instead. However, I was irritated because the last time I contacted customer service they found my information by my name and email.

Then I received one of the missing boxes. I immediately messaged them and let them know that I was now only missing one box.

Debbie writes back 1 to 2 weeks later asking for me to send a picture of the box received as proof. It was a Christmas gift. Of course the box was no longer in my possession.

So now it has been almost a month and she writes saying that she confirmed the weight of the package and can prove that I recieved 2 boxes.

That's complete BS because one, I didn't, and two, I can't confirm that myself as I have no way of knowing the weight of 2 boxes!

So she is rude and condescending. Debbie kept using all caps like I was unable to understand her when she clearly wasn't understanding me.

She refuses to issue and refund, refuses to provide physical evidence and refuses to give me contact information.

I asked to speak to someone else and she stated that she can confirm that she is in management.

I highly doubt that a manager is working support tickets, or that they would treat their clients in such ways.

They only offer customer service through email so I have emailed again, asking for anyone but Debbie. I have not heard back but I am going to fight this.

There is no reason for her to have been so rude. The WORST customer experience I have had.

Prior to canceling my subscription the last time charged was the wrong amount. The support center keeps telling me I did not cancel in time and I am aware I did not but they charged me 94$ when it was suppose to be 56.97 plus shipping. The other boxes did not have over a 30$ shipping charge!!! The same person still responding to multiple emails has still not answered this question only says I did not cancel in time. Also the shirts run too small and the graphics on them are not what was expected. The Regular HP box was fun enough but also doesn't ship to the United States until months after. Do not get this subscription!!!!! Customer support sucks as well as most of the products loot crate is extremely better!

This may actually be the best company I鈥檝e ever dealt with.
Not only do they have great products.
They have the best customer care team, they responded in a reasonable time, that actually talk to you like your a human and seem to care about keeping you as a customer.

If your ever thinking about getting a subscription box look no further then GeekGear.

I absolutely love my monthly surprise this company has great quality and it's unique. I live in the United States and everyone who sees my shirts asks where I found them. Customer service is amazing too. Thank you all so much for creating such a great product!

My subscription box was delivered to the wrong address, but that was easy to fix. One of the items were broken, but customers service answered within two days, and i got a new one. It is so awesome and I can only recommend it 😀
