Tech Sam Smith was very knowledgeable and capable to resolve my problem

Just finished problem resolution. Desire to keep open access with Geek Studio whenever I receive unrequested calls to work on my laptop.

My computer was completely locked down. I was unable to use it and call the Geek Studio of which I have a contract. They immediately answered and went into my computer to see what was happening and checking to see if they could do the repairs if necessary. They not only looked into my computer but was able to discuss my problem with the shut
down due to Windows 10 expiration. I am very satisfied with their diligence and concern and did everything they could for me. However I will be needing a new Windows 10 along with programs that go with the new software. I am very satisfied with their help.

Geek Studio fixed my issue very quickly. they also guide me how to use a computer and how to clean

Experience was good and computer seems to be running faster now. I will recommend to my friends
