Trying to get a human at USPS. Original wait time was 21 minutes. Then timer ran down to6 minutes, and had not changed for 30 minutes. The site DID NOT work for me

It's very telling to me when businesses continue to ignore complaints around this country. What it tells me is that they could care less, and that seems to be a theme with many, many, many businesses in the U.S. It's also a pattern and theme, set up by 45's administration where consumer protections were all but destroyed. Nobody wants to be accountable, responsible, or take ownership of issues that affect us every day.

Again, without answering any of my questions, I'm not comfortable paying for help. I may have to chase them around and wind up frustrated over the original issue, then this company. If they wanted our business, they would respond. Good-to-excellent customer service is very rare these days.

As an update to Facebook, they're created some kind of algorithm to block me from creating an account using part of my real name. Perhaps in combination with my birthday & IP address (hidden, but they may have software that can see its origin) as well. It's the only information I give them. What they did crippled my business and severely limited me from interacting with my family & friends. GetHuman can't commit to helping me with these sparse details?

Getting the direct technical support phone number from gethuman saved me a lot of phone directory number punching, I suspect. That was a big help. The number I called was valid and I got through to an actual human being who was extremely personable AND helpful. He talked me through what I needed to do to resolve the issue I was having, and… problem solved! Thank you to iFit and gethuman for following up to see that my issue was resolved.

At first when I put the 3 reviews on the Uber eats app I felt like that wasn't going to work because I was expecting news about my problem with the delivery and stuff but as soon as I left my review on GetHuman I got an email quick and got the problem solved so I'm glad and thankful!

I had an excellent service from GetHuman. I spoke to Sam, she was/s efficient and dedicated, and she delivered what she promised. She promised that she would contact me in two days time to check on the update on my complaint and she did.

I was frustrated at not being able to complete the purchase in the shopping cart at ebay as it refused my order due to it stating no international sales were done, despite me having contacted the vendor and her agreeing to sell to me in Europe. Ebay has no telephone number to contact in Europe, only UK, no chat and does not permit contact outside the website, no telephone numbers or email is permitted so one can solve the problem between customer and seller. I finally wrote and asked the seller to change her settings on ebay to allow international postage for my purchasse and then the shopping cart worked. If it hadn麓t worked then GetHuman would have gone in and contacted ebay about the issue, I hope.

Had an delivery issue with FedEx. Looked to GetHuman to help me contact FedEx. Welp, I got zero result from GH – which is fine, its a free svc and I gave it a try. But now I鈥檓 getting automated text msgs fromGH at 1:30am!!! Seriously?!

I received the help that I needed quickly and properly. At first I thought that I was not receiving assistance because it was an automated process with no involvement with another person. As a result of my concern with receiving assistance I wrote a formal letter to the IRS. In fact the IRS review of my return determined that I was entitled to additional funds in my return. I treat my tax payments during the year as a savings account and I pay more that the needed amount.

I AM MARINE BARKHUDARYAN. I had to reacive 2 parcels with tracking number EH275523094GB and EH 275805268GB.
More than 40 days I cant find my parcels, like the parcel force deliver driver had gave my parcels to anknown people.
I am a reaciver, but I havnt reacive parcels. I talk to my sender, he wrote a claim, and also the parcel force system shows that my parcel had delivered already, but my parcels had taken to another alse.

ON (28.04, 30.04) parcel force deliver driver had give my parcels to worker manager Mr. Mohammas, i cant find him and my parcels, so told your costomer service to find him and my parcels,, like i will adress to the court about this. I have been in costomer help desk of morisson store, but there is no Mr. Mohammas, please resolve this problem or give me contact of your manager mr Mohammas.

We had addressed to deliver service. They had send us a document where is written that the worker mr Mohammas has reacive our parcels after signing the documents. The deliver service had give my parcels to your worker to someone mr Mohammas. If you and your costumers will not Find and will not give.

We wait already more than 1 month And we can wait any more, you have violated all deadlines WE need to know where are our 4 parcles? We have not reacive it yet, until 28.04.2020 you and your collegues told to wait 3 working days, but 40 days past already we cant wait anymore, We adressed to a court and we will adress human rights defender.

Parcel Force Coventry must have the worse customer services in the whole of the company. I try to call the Coventry depot and they pick up and put the phone down immediately. Even their own Customer Service team can not get through to them By phone and their email apparently are read but ignored. Then apparently they don鈥檛 work a Saturday or Sunday (which surprises me). I have not reacive my parcls more than 40 days. The system show as delivered, but I havnt reacive my parcels yet. They lying, I am sure that they took my parcels for their relatives, I wiil adress to acourt. I will invite many journalists and wll embarras their service.

This site truly helped me. My wait time was 30 min at 4pm on friday! Representative was able to answer ALL my questions. Would not have been able to get through on main 1040 line, says due to high volume they caint answer the phone and it hangs up. Call 1-800-829-0582, dont push 1 for english, wait for it to ask for 3 digit extension then push 652

Get human gets through to the problem and solves it. It took about five hours but she got the the problem solved. my debit card had a lock on it and I was unable to use it for about 5 days and she got it she had the funds released. Thank you GETHUMAN!!!!!!

I spent hours trying to get thru to Frontier Airlines customer service to deal with a canceled flight. GetHuman got me right thru to them and the problem is now solved! So grateful!

Received a telephone number for Ryanair that you cannot find by yourself. Great when needing to talk to a person rather than a bot. Although I could not use it this time due to the covid 19 shutdown, I checked that it is a low call charge which is different to the premium call rates on the official Ryanair website.

This company was very helpful once i lied a little. I needed a new controller for older Comet II with hard wired motor. They wanted to sell new motor as well which is unnecessary for some people…..like me. I was a Industrial Electrician for General Motors for 30 years. Rewiring this little simple motor was well within my expertise.. I didn't want to argue with Nova about my ability to rewire motor, so I lied a little. But having saiying that I understand they did not want to send controller to someone who could not make it work..I would definitely reccomend this company and would do business with tham again..

Takes the problem and then does NOTHING to resolve the issue, Then keeps sending you e-mails to ask if it has been resolved yet. A TOTAL waste of time!!!!
