Bad quality sneakers. The heel part got damaged very badly after a few months of wear. I was expecting better quality and better customer service for that price! Definitely not worth investing.
Won鈥檛 be buying another pair of sneakers.

I am shocked. I previously purchased 3 pairs from retail outlets. Purchased a pair of high tops on-line, received with an obvious defect in the stitching. Contacted Customer Service who requested pictures – that's fine, had not been worn. Three weeks later radio silence. No one responding to follow-up emails. Shocked at the atrocious customer service and attitude. Extremely disappointed.

I own two pairs, both I ordered via the app. I also purchased one pair for my wife from Nordstrom. I was skeptical at first, not because of the price, I have other expensive shoes, but were they worth it? Yes. In my opinion. They are extremely comfortable! And nothing beats the unique look that each pair has. You can tell they are hand made, with quality products, as my two pairs have slight differences. Great shoe if you got the money, but I would recommend you try a pair on in a store prior to ordering online (when possible).

Ordered directly from GGDB, I can鈥檛 even give a review of the shoe, bc I cant get a response of where they are or the status of my order. Didn鈥檛 even get a confirmation of my order, but I can see on the website that my order was received and the status is open. I have sent multiple emails to multiple addresses. And the kicker….they took the money IMMEDIATELY out of my checking account! Will be happy to write a new review when my daughter gets her birthday present!

Having bought 3 pairs, not sure why after the first pair lasted 8 weeks, until the back heels wear to the point of letting water in.
My last pair bought on the 2 January, 2020 are now completely un-wearable, and I will return these to Selfridges, not for a refund but to just advise their buyers to look at this product for the little quality they have.
Great look, but really very poor, the back heels wear like no other trainer, and the side ribbing cracks.

Please believe me, they really need to look at the quality before its to late.

for the price, i expect at least a decent quality .i bought 4 pairs as they look nice and they are comfortable.
that's about it! walking a bid the sole gets worn out and it looks you had them for 10 years.
they upper leather got loosen from the rubber sole .

Same type of experience as many people on here. The company provides terrible service. The service is what makes companies like Gucci worth their price tag- if anything goes wrong, Gucci will immediately take care of it, and apologize to the customer.

When something goes wrong with a Golden Goose product, the company acts as if you鈥檙e lying and you owe them something rather than them owing you. One of the insoles of my sneakers has become stiff and lumpy at the heel. I was first told they can鈥檛 replace insoles. I was then told I need to send pictures of proof of purchase and pictures of the damage. Since there is no visible damage, I even offered to pay for a new set of insoles and they continue to act like I鈥檓 lying to them and they can鈥檛 help me. Crazy. It鈥檚 the absolute worst service I鈥檝e ever received from a clothing/shoe brand

Bought a pair of shoes at the Dallas Northpark boutique as a gift. Very cute shoes however they were the wrong size. With that being the situation, I only wanted to exchange for a different size. Unfortunately they didn鈥檛 have the same shoe and so I let the staff know that I was fine with selecting another style. I was then told that they would exchange the shoes 鈥渢his time鈥?but that if the pair I replaced my original purchase with didn鈥檛 fit, there was nothing more they would do. They were rude at best & comically dismissive. They claim to be a luxury brand. What a joke. I鈥檝e never had a return issue or a poor customer service experience at Hermes, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, etc. Terrible brand. Amazing that they are still growing and in business. In spite of themselves.

I have had the worst customer service experience with Golden Goose. I do love the shoes, however I have received what I feel like is horrible treatment and service from the online company. Delays Delays Delays. No consideration for what was a Christmas gift and unfortunately did not fit well…so 14 day return policy is useless to me when I have to deal with an overseas company who takes that long to respond (or never responds) to a return request. When they finally respond, I was made to jump through hoops ,which I did, for a "review" only to hear nothing back. So, my experience has been that they have a 14 day return policy, no holiday exceptions and no policy, apparently, on how long it takes them to respond back to a request….so it could be 14 days to respond back….which would invalidate the return. Makes NO sense.

Very disappointed in my recent experience with this company. I reached out because the glitter was coming off on the sneakers I purchased less than 6 months ago. Yes, I am aware they have a distressed look, however the glitter coming off should not be which customer service confirmed. I was told I needed to provide my receipt which I could not find but provided bank statements. I explained I paid partial cash and partial on my credit card three separate times with screenshots, etc. The representative replied 鈥渢he shoes you have provided do not match the full amount paid鈥? CORRECT! Because I paid partial cash as I explained three different times. I reached out to the flag ship store who told me they switched systems and can confirm I was there that day, however can not reprint any receipts prior to August (I purchased in July). Corporate should have access to any and all receipts especially purchases within less than 6 months ago. I tried calling the customer service number and Amanda refused to transfer me to any voicemail, provide any assistant other than repeatedly scream over me 鈥渘o one was there to help me because they鈥檙e all at lunch鈥?even after I tried to leave my information for a conversation once someone returned. I have sent 9 follow up emails to customer service, tried Instagram, Twitter, Facebook Messenger and the only person who answers the phone is Amanda who is a terrible representation of the brand with her extremely mean attitude. I don鈥檛 know what else to do which is why I鈥檓 trying to post here.

I've purchased 3 pairs of these shoes and thought they were great.. until one pair started falling apart and they wouldn't do a thing about it. Anything can have some issues or unforeseen defects, but when you pay this much for shoes the least they can do is stand behind their product and fix it. I'd even cover the shipping to Italy if that's what it took.
Other Italian fashion houses will pay shipping to their factory and fix anything defective with their product. I've learned my lesson – don't invest in any more GG shoes. On the positive side, they're very sweet when they tell you they're going to do absolutely nothing to help you.

I have now been twice to the golden Goose store in Bicester village and both times have bought trainers. Trainers are great but the customer service is so bad. In fact it鈥檚 one of the worst experiences I have had. Both sales reps ignored all customers and did not even bother being polite. I personally will now refuse to buy anything from this store again.

I recently had a bad experience shopping with Golden Goose Deluxe Brand. I ordered two pairs of sneakers and they have sent me one correct and one completely wrong pair. I contacted them immediately and arranged the return. By the way, they provided me with the wrong returns label so I had to wait for a new one to be sent to me.
They receive the package and I got an email that I only asked for the wrong pair to be returned and that they do not accept any product if you don't notify you will be returning it but that they will make an exception for me. An exception??
And in the end I receive a refund that is 18 euros less than I originally paid because T&C's state that you have to pay that amount for a return.
So basically, I paid 18 euros for THEIR mistake, not mine. Still waiting on the response from them because I asked for this 18 euros back out of principle.
I was expecting so much more from them but I don't think I will be doing business with them again. A luxury company should provide way more for their customers than this. Shame on you Golden Goose!

Unfortunately, they are not worth the money. After only 1 month the shoes were so much consumed that water enters the sole. Its a shoe to be seen, but not to be walked. I contacted the customer service (errors are always possible) but I did not get any feedback for more than one month. Absolutely not worth the money.

Terrible company. Ordered pair of shoes, they send me a scarf. They tell me there is a confusion in the logistics and they told me to keep the scarf and they鈥檒l give me 34% refund for the price I paid for the shoes as the shoes are no longer in stock. I said no, this is your mistake, give me a full refund for the shoes or send me the shoes. If you want this scarf back send me a prepaid envelope as it is not my mistake it鈥檚 yours. They keep telling me to sell the scarf and they will just give me part refund. Who am I to sell this scarf too? I don鈥檛 want it. Why should I have to work to sell something I never wanted? Absolutely ridiculous service. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I PROMISE IF YOU HAVE ISSUES THEY WILL NOT GET RESOLVED AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NO REFUND. They are that awful they don鈥檛 need even deserve the 1 star

I run a company that has an online web store and we serve hundreds of customers a month. I believe you should aim to make all customers happier for having dealt with you and your company. It incenses me when brands market to get your money, and then provide unbelievably bad customer service. It's a real f**k you, thanks for the cash.

This is how Golden Goose operates. Dealing with Golden Goose has been by FAR the worse online experience I have ever had. (And erhm, claim to be a luxury brand 鈥?and certainly price themselves as such.)

Luxury brands are supposed to be about end to end premium experience and products.

Here's a summary of my interaction with them:
– Order placed for over 鈧?50, confirmation received … 1 week passes, no notification of shipment.
– Login to their website order says "Confirmed" — but no shipping info.. turns out there some sort of verification process my credit card was still stuck in, but no info about how long or what a solution was and certainly any contact from them to let me know there was an issue was out of the question.
– Nothing but "[email protected]" email addresses and no info about where to contact them if a problem.
– Finally I contacted them on live chat — they asked me to send them a scan of my ID and my credit card (!!) (hello, this is how identify fraud happens… you need to go thru a 3rd party provider!)
– No pro-active management of the problem, they suggested I cancel and re-place the order… but no solution or suggestion how the next time would be any better, not even a suggestion to look out for the order on their end or check it's gone through ok.. nothing!
– I asked how will I know if its gone through OK? They say "You'll get a shipping confirmation" .. But we know from the 1st time, if it doesn't come through … you just end up waiting and waiting with no contact. So I'm supposed to place another order for over 鈧?50 and simply WAIT to see for another week if it ships or not… yes, true.
– I did this in spite of my growing irritation at GGDB.
– Contacted another customer service person after re-placing the order who just said "Well, we have to see if its verified" .. AND? When will that be? Will anyone contact me this time? No. Nothing…
– Finally got it approved (against my better judgement as it took over 1 hour on live chat for them to come up with a solution!!) and the shoes showed up BENT and crumpled to the point they are unwearable (they are premium shoes, not able to be crumpled – Imagine the back of a pair of leather mens dress shoes being folded in on itself so they'd fit in the box, thats what we're talking about here, the heels totally crumpled, the look of the shoes completely ruined).
– Contacted customer service AGAIN with images now showing how they arrived and how they were no where near what I bought on the website (due to the fact they were put in a box that was 50% too small) and their response was simply that this was "within their guidelines" of what was acceptable, and nothing was going to be done about it.
– I am now taking it up with my credit card under section 75, after a further 48hours passed and there has been no escalation, response or resolution on the damaged goods.

Just absolutely rubbish experience and hugely frustrating.. makes me want to never shop there again. Surely this isn't the experience a "luxury" brand is going for? Awful. Awful. I would stay away from Golden Goose Deluxe Brand unless you'll die without their products (which you won't).
