Golden Monk Kratom

If it were possible I'd give them negative stars. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They're great until you have a problem. I had been ordering from them religiously every 2 weeks for many months. I placed an order using an electronic check as I usually did… But this time days later they havent taken the money or sent it out so I reached out to customer service. They said it was different than the ACH so it takes longer to clear, then continued to tell me they would cancel the order and I can place a new order and it would be much quicker… So I did that. A few days later I see I was charged for both orders and I reached out to correct this. They informed me Id get a refund. I waited nearly 3 weeks and did not receive my refund. They kept telling me they were trying but the check hadn't cleared in the meantime they can send me the kilo I ordered complimentary. ( probably only because i talked to them daily in my frustration). My bank said there was no reason for it taking so long so now I'm starting to feel like they're messing with me and not even trying to refund me. After many conversations the representative finally said he ultimately thought id be okay if they didn't refund me since they sent the kilo anyway. I would have been perfectly okay with that but now you've said it was complimentary AND id get a refund so w.t.f. He gave me the refund that day which took a few HOURS and then blocked me from ordering with them. You have got to be kidding me. I made them stand true to their word and 100% money back guarantee and they blocked me? They did other stupid things like sent my kilo open in the packing say they'd sent me complimentary capsules that never came. Worst company and service ever. I only ordered from them because it was so cheap. Now that I order elsewhere I am feeling much better I don't believe the quality was there… I guess you really do get what you pay for.

I've made several purchases with Golden Monk and have been pleased with the service and product. Usually decent prices (but be sure to look for discounts during the holidays) and ships within just a few days. GM is my go-to kratom supplier.

I did a lot of research when trying to find online vendors, due to COVID19, my local shop had closed its doors. I found the Golden Monk, and am super satisfied with their service. First of all, they have SO many different varieties to choose from, and it's all pretty high quality in my opinion. The prices are good, and after I place my order, I get it like 3 or 4 days later. My first order, I was a bit hesitant because I had never purchased Kratom online before. I ended up sending an email to their customer service to check on the tracking and make sure everything was good, and they responded very fast, which is unusual for these kinds of things lol Anyways, 5 stars from me, thanks guys!

They are shorting their customers on capsule orders.
Pretty much ALL of my orders have been 5-10 caps short from the very beginning…But NOW, I just got only 218 caps on an order for 250!!! 馃槨

First time buyer as of May 4th 2020. Bought two strains and extremely pleased with the quality and ease of ordering. Delivery was fast and prices were great.

This vendor is very very reliable! I ordered twice from them and the second time my kratom came fast (within a day!) The prices are pretty reasonable and the shipping is so fast! The person I talked to on the phone the first time about my order was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained what different strains are good for chronic pain. This is my new vendor from now on. I used to go to Wild Bill's Tobacco, but that's closed because of the covid19 going on. I was a little leery buying kratom online but the Golden Monk is a very reputable company. I will recommend this company to others! 🙂

Okay so right up the bat i'm just going to let you know.anyone who says that this kratom isn't the best stuff on the market for the price is a liar.I've been taking Kratom for a while now and I've tried almost every distributor imaginable. This is by far the best Kratom you're going to get for your buck and I'll go even beyond that.This is some of the best kratom you're going to get for any amount of this stuff is the real deal. this stuff is so potent things like OMPS which are actually halfway decent for what you'll find it local retailers. This stuff is so potent that OMPS doesn't even have much of an effect on me anymore after taking this stuff.There's only three companies on the market that I would recommend number one being golden monk for sure try the Red meang do. Best Kratom I've ever had. Second is Kat's botanical they have really high quality stuff to. If I didn't get my stuff from Golden Monk hands down cats botanical would be second. I got a kilo for 90 bucks and it was on my front door in three days from Golden Monk.Im telling you don't waste your time with anything else if you have the option. Third would go to kraken kratom and they're really good too. I'm telling you from one Kratom expert to another get the golden Monk. These guys are legit they have great customer service and they always send the highest quality stuff on the market. Anyone that gave them a low rating is full of s***. Trust me take the chance by the stuff you won't regret it.

I've been ordering from The Golden Monk for a few months now. I've tried the Green Malay and Maeng Da versions of their Kratom and they were pretty good but I have had better. So this month I ordered the Red Bali, it's like blah, doesn't really give me energy or anything and I had read that Red Bali was like the best. Then I read somewhere else that it was more for beginners, so I think I should've just stuck with the Maeng Da as it works best for me. Golden Monk does have excellent customer service and fast shipping. I just ordered the wrong kind this time that's all.

The quality was not only terrible, it made me very sick. I emailed them to let them know and I never received a response. I have been doing kratom for many years and have never encountered such poor quality and awful customer service. I had to throw it out. I'm not sure why there are so many good reviews on here but I wouldn't trust them.

Order process was straightforward and shipment was prepared and sent same day via expedited parcel. Of course once it's in Canada Post's hands there can be delays but luckily it was delivered a few provinces over within 3-4 days.
