I can already see that I'm about to be ripped off. The shoes I ordered turned out to be way too small and now no response to my request for a return. This has happened with other Chinese sellers in the past and I can only blame myself for not seeking reviews before ordering. Not letting any more Chinese pirates cheat me again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I wonder why this company should ever be allowed to do business in The United States! This company is a scam. Period! I agree totally with the reviews given by responders, about this company. Everything about them is fraud, ranging from the misrepresentation of the shoes they sell, their adverts, business ethics, and customer service. This is not a company anyone should be buying from. Just wondering how many customers they must have scammed in The US.
I think Better Business Bureau should go after the company and their fraudulent practices.

Horrible. I order 2 pairs of boots. One came and then I got an email that the others were out of stock and that I should choose a replacement, which I did. It's been 3 or 4 months now and no one has reached out to me and I have to date receive my boots which I've paid for in full. Disappointing. I must say those people are good at imitation and theft. Very untrustworthy culture. Most anything from that part of the world is sub par.

This company takes your money and sends you a product thst does not look like the picture and doesent come close to fitting properly .and then they ghost you .You will never get a refund exchange or even a response.terrible company

when I finally got my shoes they didn't look like the picture and the size was wrong. Emailed the company several times with no response .

Ikaben and Karrytown are scams beware. I had no answers by mail from CS after many times I approach them, no shoes I ordered 🙁 nothing

My husband ordered a pair of shoes – they came 2 months later – looked nothing like what they advertised – they are not leather and are really cheap.
I have tried getting in touch with them by email, but no response. Does anyone have a phone # that I can use to send them back.

This is a scam, a fake company. They go by the name Ikaben and also by the name of Karrytown, the same company the same crooks that advertise on Facebook. I denounced them to fakebook and they responded that there was nothing wrong with the advertisement. Of course they wouldn't acknowledge anything wrong from a paying advertiser, they are also phony.

Do not buy from Ikaben. Ordered a really nice looking pair of leather distressed boots from their website. Five weeks later an envelope arrived with boots tucked inside, no box! I opened it up to find cheap suede painted boots. The crapiest things I've ever seen. Money lost, boots not worth keeping, much less wearing. FAKE PHOTOS on website! FAKE DESCRIPTION of items. I gave them one star because it will not let you post a review with zero stars!

IKABEN is a FAKE WEBSITE, SELLING FAKE PRODUCTS. The products they are advertising on their official website do not match the items they deliver to customers. The items delivered are totally garbage made in China. Do not buy anything from Ikaben. If you already did, I hope you have used PayPal. Paypal will assist you to return the fake items and you`ll get a full refund. [ they will cover the return postage as well $ 15 ].JUST FOLLOW PAYPAL RULES REGARDING THIS ISSUE.

in march 2019 I ordered two pair of shoes at ikaben.
I propsed them to send the items as one package. They didn't!
The first one I got in mid of april, the second never arrived. I wrote for two times to ikaben because of the problem, but they never answered. That's what customer service looks like at ikaben!
Luckily, I ordered the delivery by PayPal so I will get the money back, but I have to send the other pair of shoes on my own costs back to China!
So I had a lot of Trouble because of ikaben and I also lost Money.
Never again!

Products not as advertised! Stay away from them
With already 26 reviews saying the same, mine won't add anything new… the products are cheap, fake leather, nothing like what you order. It's worse than the shoes you can buy from a shady van on a Sunday morning mid-size town market.

Absolute rubbish sent to me! Wrong colour boots and nothing at all like in the picture. Cheap made in China Crap! ?

This is some kind of scam where the shoes they send are a cheap imitation of the ones in the picture. I can't understand how Instagram and Facebook accept their advertising.

I placed an order on 4/17/2019 I have not received my order as of 5/2/19. I have contacted them by email [email聽protected] and received an automatic response saying they were on vacation from 5/1/19-5/4/19. I have tried to contact them numerous times and keep getting automatic response. I was able to get a tracking number but it says label was created on 4/17/19 but nothing has shipped.

Terrible product, nothing like the picture.
Refuses a return and tells you to give it to charity and accept a small gift voucher.
When you give up and accept the gift voucher, it never comes.
AVOID THESE CON ARTISTS

This is absolutely fake. Fortunately I pay through PayPal and they refund my money completely.
Service from Ikaben was quite funny. They still apologize for my waiting for their goods, but I did not complaint because of waitnig, I just wrote them to immediately cancel my order (one day after I made it and pay it). Later they answer that unfortunately the goods is already packed and on its way. Blah Blah Blah.

Next time I have to remember make a little research through internet before I order.

Can anybody tell me What company did they stole the images from?

just received my square toed leather shoes. Same pattern, but the material is not leather! do not buy from these people!!!

I too fell victim to some slick pictures and a deal that ended up being too good to be true.

Before they even shipped the items I got an email that said my order would be delayed because of a holiday- no big deal. I can deal with that, but I asked them to verify that the goods were leather as described in the product listing, and they said no- they didn't want to hurt animals.

I immediately responded with "please cancel my order since they are not leather as described" and their answer was "We never said they were genuine leather."

I responded with the definition of leather which describes leather as being a tanned or treated animal skin used to make shoes etc…
and that if one calls something leather, one would expect it to be leather.

They offered me a $10.00 coupon if I didn't cancel my order and never responded after that and many more times trying to cancel my order before the product shipped. THis took nearly 4 weeks and they shipped the product.

I have escalated the issue with PayPal- but this group is shady.

The boots they sent look nothing like the picture, are poorly made and I am bummed I let some slick instagram marketing fool me.

I would've totally loved this product if it were as described (made of leather) and were made correctly.

I agree with everybody on this site. The contact for customer support cannot even write in English. This is a scam. I am getting my money back from AMEX. I have contacted a major shoe company whom they stole pictures from and are falsely advertising they shoes on their ikaben site. We will shut them down it is just a matter of time. Anybody dealing with these scammers, make sure to report them. Truly a shame that Facebook allows these kind of scams.
