Factoryimage

I ordered a pair of boots, from what i thought was an UK website/store. But payment was drawn from my account from China. The order took 3 weeks to arrive. But when it was delivered, the boots i ordered turned into a pair of sunglasses.
I have now tried to contact them, twice, in order to organize return and refund. But so far they have not replied.
