I mailed to open up a claim and had no response, and after following up, I received a reply. I then submitted the claim and had no response for over a month, nor payment or follow up. When you're claiming on medical insurance, this is far from the kind of customer service you would expect, or hope for. Still awaiting any kind of acknowledgement from the company on my claim status.

I had the worst possible experience you could imagine abroad and requireing medical assistance. My insurance should provide me with full support, immediate assistance and unlimited medical coverage. But the people working at the 24/4 emergency lines are a joke. It takes ages to get help if you get any assistance at all, and the personnel is straight-up rude and seemingly unwilling to help. No communication, information, nor status updates. When one cant trust them with the simple task of locating a doctor within 24 hours, just imagine needing immediate evacuation or medical assistance due to a car crash or similar. You would be dead even before someone bothered to care.

I had to visit a hospital in the US because of high fever. So I contacted Falck and they made sure I could get help right away. The whole process was very fast and they took care of everything. I felt safe while being outside of Europe.

BAD CUSTOMER TREATMENT!!! I have a case where FGA still (since July) 2018 have not paid my hospital bills in the USA. 22 NOV I got a "PRE-COLLECTION NOTICE" stating I'm in bad standing in the USA if not paid within 30 days they (hospital) will take me to court. When I have talked with FGA – several times since July – they just refer to their agent in the USA!!??
I have given FGA 5 days to document they paid all due to the hospital – next move is escalating to their board of directors. Cannot believe they can do a business with this kind treatment of their customers!!!??? Bad
