As a small business owners, we wear many hats. Always so much to get done in what always seems to be a limited time frame. When it came time for new banners, FeatherFlagNation delivered to me on time, again. The quality has always been there. Just knowing that I do not need to track the order progress is a great relief.

We created some flags for outside promoting. Customer service was very patient with me and helped with our design and adjusting things throughout the way. The colors of the flag are very accurate to the colors that we wanted so very pleased about that. Would recommend and am looking forward to ordering more flags. Thank you!

Staff was helpful in giving all info. Website was clear and concise, was easy to upload artwork and place order. Package was delivered on time and intact. I would definitely be a repeat customer and would recommend to others. The products I ordered are still in great condition. Ordering from china is by far a cheaper option however quality is compromised and delivery date may not be as promised.

Ordered custom made flags for our model. Were very helpful on getting the correct color for the flags. Once we received the flags, did not receive the hardware that was ordered. Customer rep I spoke to did not believe me. Also the flags we ordered were incorrect. Could not slip them through the pole because it had been sewed on both ends. Emailed pictures as proof. Would of gladly sent back the wrong ones but I understand the policy on custom made flags. Just wanted the correct ones we ordered.

Also shipping cost appears to be a bit excessive for this small and light items.

The products are of good quality and very fairly priced. Delivery is fast. I would highly recommend Feather Flag Nation to anyone needing this type of advertising.

For the double sided flags suggest instead of putting $130 or say $65 for each side. This could easily be misinterpreted.

Just what I needed and looking forward to opening but, I would love a flag that I can afford saying Curb site pick up.

The experience so far is good, but until I receive the product and check it out, I don't just give out stars for going this far.

In the future, I would like to get a custom design done. A "RAIDER NATION" flag is what I plan on doing when I find the right graphic.

I have ordered from you folks before. Very simple process. Would like to be able to see what I am ordering. I created a custom flag and while you send a proof for approval before final print, there was nothing for me to choose (2) of one flag and (2) of another within the check out process.

More non-commercial (artsy) standard flags would be appreciated.

Had came in with some over spray on some of the flags. And one being done wrong but company made good on it with 2 different option solutions

I am interested in establishing a wholesale relationship with you and not go to china, but forcing us to pay for 10 flags just for a sample appears totally unreasonable.
