My computer was hacked with a huge sign to call Microsoft. I called like a dummy. Was moving my mouse as he at the end wanted me to purchase protection. By then I knew it was a scam. I hung up. Today 2/7/17 received a call telling me they owed me a refund. I ran to my computer, which by the way, I had to purchase a new hard drive (desktop) because when I took it to staples right away; it would not turn back on. This time the guy wanted me to log on as they owed me a refund. I knew I had not given them any money. I immediately shut my computer down. I could not hear him as there were other people in the background do the same thing. I told him I could not hear him. He got frustrated and said, " I will take my big sword and cut your throat and will F### you". He then hung up. They are Indian (from another country) talking and need to have this investigated.

I was on my computer and a huge warning came on to my computer screen it told me to call the number which was listed I called the number and I allowed them remote access into my computer they told me the areas they were going to fix and they gave me this whole spiel about my identity and my computer are at high risk and unprotected they also gave me a repair statement after a 1hour of roaming around my computer I was told it was "fixed" I believe them. i paid $249 and went about my life 2 days later. I was paying bills from my computer and the big red warning sign popped up again. After researching and having a real professional look at my computer it was clear that it was a total scam. I have had to contact my bank after receiving fraudulent charges from a undercover scam account that was shown as "!GOOGLE#" on my bank statement. I cancelled all my credit cards and had to wipe my computer to factory default Don't fall into their scam. No the computer was not fixed but they did mange to collect my private information.

A screen popped up on my computer with a loud horn and voice saying I had a virus and my hard drive would be erased if I closed window and gave a number to call which was 18447609171. When I called the #, was told I had a Zeus(?) virus and that all my info had been hacked. Offered to provide protection and clean up my PC. Then they gave us the prices for 1, 3, 5 year and permanent protection. We decided on the 1 year which was, as best I remember, 249.00. After we gave them the credit card numbers, they proceeded with the "clean-up" which took about 45 minutes to an hour. We received a phone call from "Sam" to tell us they were finished and gave us a customer ID number and told us to always ask anyone who called for this number. We were told we had 90 days to cancel the protection. They printed out through our printer their contact information.
